Hi, I am a long-time anime fan and started watching KDrama a few years ago and only added CDrama last year. Dorama is also fairly new on my plate but I like it. I have been a long-time slasher so a lot of the shows that I love and watch are Danmei/BL/Yaoi but I do also love regular dramas...and then often start slashing something there LOL. I am not a huge fan of dramas that are too schmaltzy and weepy, have a gigantic dislike for shows which mainly feature unsympathetic characters. I love well-written villains and complicated characters but not characters that are bitchy for the sake of bitchiness.

I have been vidding for a long time but I don't do it often. I do like watching good fanvids a lot and I am very picky. I adore fanfiction and have an account on AO3 and love the website dearly. I am a long-time photoshopper so expect some fanart to pop up sometimes in the feeds.

I also love mangas and graphic novels (the French and Belgian kind, in the case of Marvel and DC only earlier stuff and in the case of DC mainly Vertigo imprints).

I am not very sympathetic when it comes to certain American sensibilities including American patriotism (that is actually true for patriotism in general but I have become downright allergic to US patriotism) and if you want to see me livid then start "preaching" wokeness and identity politics. People like that will be banned. I am here to enjoy myself and don't want any of that shit.

That said, I am pretty easy-going and say "whatever floats your boat" =).

EDIT: A word about my friending policy since I am sort of swamped by friending requests lately. Don't be miffed if I don't friend you but I do not simply friend anyone. It is usually just people that I interact with and that I like and/or share similar tastes. I am not trying to achieve a huge f-list here. So, if I have no clue who you are, we never interacted and I generally see nothing in common between our taste buds then I won't friend you back.
