I started watching Asian dramas around February 2019.  Eternal Love (TMOPB) was my first drama and my first love.  I started searching voraciously for another Cdrama that would make me feel that way again.  Several months later I found Goblin and fell in love, this time with Kdramas.  Now I’m searching for another drama that will make me fall in love all over again.

I enjoy romance, character development, strong women, and good relationships whatever form they may take. I also like martial arts, fantasy, historicals, slice of life, Kaiju, silent films, and action dramas/movies.  In addition to Cdramas and Kdramas I also watch dramas/movies from  Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, and the Philippines.  I'm an omnivore when it comes to dramas and movies, I'll watch about anything from any time period.  Although I usually avoid toxic MLs, zombies, and anything labeled fluffy.

While I watch sad movies and dramas, I prefer happy endings.  I don’t care if it’s boy-girl, boy-boy, or girl-girl I want everyone to live happily every after.♡♡♡

(Photo taken by The Butterfly) My rating system explained, tongue in cheek.   An addendum to understanding my ratings:  I rate pre-1990's kung fu and kaiju movies on a curve.  They were usually cheaply made for a niche audience.  I also give silent films from the 20's and 30's some leeway as they were breaking new ground in film storytelling and acting.  The dramas and movies that I've rated as 10's were the first in a particular genre that made me fall in love with it.  They were also from early in my drama watching life and would  be rated lower now.  They may not be perfect, but they hooked me into the drama and Asian movie life, so I left them at the 10's they are.
