Beautiful ost, Not so romantic, Tense drama
This drama was overall a well executed production. The storyline was unique and although it had a fairly limited setting, the dilemmas and conflicts kept the drama tense and on edge. It may be partially romance but it wasnt heavily written into this drama, having said that, the relationship does pull on heartstrings due to their illfated love. As for the actors, well... i might get hate for this but... i dont think the female lead was the best fit. Her acting is too shallow as a beginner and this drama really requires in depth, experienced acting. For me she just didnt show a variety of emotion in her face such as anger, frustration or confusion. In contrast the male lead actor was particulalry good at expressing his rollercoaster of emotions. The supporting cast were also very well casted and presented a mixture of characters who u either hate to the bone or u really sympathise with. An especially beautiful aspect of this drama was of course the soundtrack. Jamie millers ost really gave the drama an emotional atmosphere, and its definitely in my top 10 kdrama osts. Overall, it is a beautiful romeo and juliet scenario story and i would recommend it. However, whether its rewatchable, i would probaby not watch it again, because of the emotional twists and turns.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
A beautiful love story with heartfluttering chemistry
I'm gonna say it, but this is the best cdrama I've watched, and I've seen a lot. They chose the best actors and actresses for this and not just the main leads. The chemistry is over the roof, it's sweet and realistic. Most girls have had a crush and this plays out those feeling step by step, making you immersed in their story as if it was your own. The OST also adds feelings of longing to their relationship alongside a smooth production. I really cant recommend this drama enough if you love a sweet, gentle romance.Esta resenha foi útil para você?

Let the story lead you
Fantasy and wuxia dramas aren't usually my kinda thing but this one is really intriguing to me. The characters are well rounded and have good and bad moments as the plot twists this way and that. Difficult to choose who is the best ML at this point but they all have their merit, and all are handsome. I really got pulled into it and can't wait for each epsiode, I have no idea where the plot will go so it's quite entertaining. The acting is also very good and they chose the cast well. I also like that the FL actually could pass as a guy for once and she has a strong character without being annoying. I hope this drama keeps getting better as I'm loving it so far.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
Watch for JHs acting
Personally, I'm really enjoying it! Get past the first couple of eps the plot really picks up along with a good pace. U can develop a lot of affection for the MLs personalities cuz JH portrays them so well, i always get blown away by his acting. The FL is fine too, she's not the most expressive but I know she's an upcoming actress so give her some space. The plots alright, there r some finer details missing but it's still enjoyable. At the end of the day it's fantasy so take it less seriously.

Refreshing and emotional
Very refreshing! I normally watch romance so I wasn't initially gonna watch this but when I started it was so addictive. Its hard to pinpoint exactly why it was well done but here are a few things: character development of the ML and FL relationship was smooth and the conflict didnt last long (they have great chemistry), no one is made purely evil to fit the villian they all have their reasons, a fresh take on detective series, ML is a fun character but with realistic emotions, even tho it has a closed ending it proves how gud it was that people want a season 2 based on the characters, lastly I barely finish dramas to the 16th epsiode so I'm telling u this is special, the episodes flew by.The only slight criticism I would give it would be the editing initially can be a bit choppy on scenes but it improves.
Would seriously recommend it!

Tense fight or flight scenes to yearning romance
This brought me back to those historical kdramas I used to watch around 2016. Those ones that you get invested in the characters and story and it flows so well.I think it has an interesting angle on war during this era from perspectives of royalty, invaders, civilians, women, scholars, soldiers. It can get so tense on some episodes and I love it lol. The fight and flight scenes are gripping to watch in themselves (forget the romance for a second).
The ML is such a cool guy and he knows many things with an unclear backstory (I guess we will see in season 2). FL comes off a bit arrogant to begin with but when the war comes she really proves herself, I guess she just needs to mature in terms of love and romance. Either way they have great chemistry. I would definitely recommend this drama for the action and the romance and everything in between.

Just something enjoyable to watch
My favourite part about this drama is the ML, hes a well rounded character and i love how the actor portrays him. They did well with the casting and I admire that he had to put on a lot of weight for the role. The rest of the cast are pretty good too.As for the storyline, I think it's maybe a little weak but it's definitely enjoyable to watch each week and I look forward to seeing how it develops. I also kinda think its intriguing to learn about traditional sports rather than just the usual drama sports like tennis.
