I am a fan of folklores and kaidan basically means ghost stories ( bewitching tales) so its only natural i loved it. It is simply beautiful. I love where there is an actual story instead of shit load of drama and philosophy to compensate for the lack of story. Plus just in 4 episodes they were able to create deep characters which speaks a lot about brilliant acting by the whole cast. Every character is dealt with a lot of thought and is given full justice. It gives the feel as if you are watching a stage play which it was also written as originally and i don't think it is its first tv adaptation as it is a popular story in Japan.
