The Morgue
That's exactly what I've been thinking when I started watching this five episodes drama.
The first ep wasn't very special, actually I found it a bit slow but what's important is that we get to know the general plot: A hot middle aged vampire who's sick of his life is going to take care of his ex lover's daughter. I find it different from other vampire stories, I am also interested in his back-story and the way he became a vampire, I want to know why is he staying with the vampire that created him if he doesn't like her that much.
I will be waiting for more excitement in the story...

He actually shot him! The stupid Yoo Joong Won shot Park Chul Young because he disagrees with his peaceful thinking and what? I've done for the revolution and the people? You've got to be kidding me! Park Chul Young is the best person in the North! But I am curious about the person who came to his side after he was shot, who is that? That gives me hope and I am still wishing that Park Chul Young isn't dead. Now, I am sure that Joong Won hates South Korea and that he's planning to ruin the peace talk just like IRIS but I must admit that I am more curious about the latter's plans. And why did Rey bring Yoo Gun to South Korea? He's really playing with fire here! But I am assuming that he will use him then throw him away since he's that type of person. Anyway, let's wait and see what will IRIS do next...

Okay, this episode was slow and it didn't provide us many information and let's not forget that action was almost absent which made many parts a little boring to follow. However , I am curious to how is Beak san the killer of Yoo Gun's father and I have this crazy theory that Beak San is actually Yoo Gun's father. Other than that, the story development wasn't that great and the romantic atmosphere wasn't that deep.

I was drowned in many action scenes that happened during this episode and I've got to say that I like the action feel into this drama, it's the main reason I am watching IRIS 2 but the general plot requires some developments and more explanations especially Kim Yun Hwa's back story. Let's wait and see...

The action scenes at the beginning were good and the Hungary mission at the end is getting my intention but other than that I am not sure about any important development so far although I am really excited about Park Chul Young's appearance since he's my favorite character from the North.
Anyway, let's not judge it harshly and watch the 3rd ep...

I would've really appreciated it if they only talked about vampires, I don't really like werewolves especially in vampire dramas because they ruin the theme somehow.
Anyhow, there's another mystery about a werewolf who is most likely Rion's friend Mai but is she really the killer? I don't think so but she definitely has something to do with this mess and that cookies doctor is really suspicious. Plus Suo's hunger for blood makes me think that something bad will happen, Hopefully I will be proved wrong in the next ep...

Since I adore vampire stories, I just started watching this drama only because of its theme and I can say that I enjoyed the first ep and I am expecting a good drama.
The vampire effects were really fake that it hurted my eyes but I will overlook it if the storyline is interesting. I can sense that more mysterious things are coming up and I just can't wait! Okay, let's not get our hopes high yet.

Ever since i started watching this drama, i was waiting for the moment where Mok Dan will find out that Kang To is the young master and Gaksital, yet i was really disappointed in the way she reacted to that fact : i didn't like the romantic side that had high hopes for: it's the main reason why i gave this episode an 8.5 as rating.
Beside that, i felt really bad for that Ahjumma and the freedomm fighter who blew himself pretending to be Gaksital.
Let's wait for the next week to see what will happen.

She needs to stop the exaggerated facial expressions every time she sees a ghost; she already knows that she's able to see the undead so she needs to accept it and deal with it instead of making those stupid exaggerated facial expressions.
Also, the freaking case of that psychiatrist doesn't make any sense; he almost killed an officer you know! Other than that, I think the story is cool but I am still afraid of the episodic pattern.

So they're actually siblings, I am officially disgusted! I am not that open minded to accept a romantic story/relationship between siblings, it makes me want to puke, I kept waiting until the last minute with a little hope that the blood test of the corpses will show that they're not blood related but nothing happened.
On the bright side, I am so glad that both of them died, it would've been hard for me if one of them stayed alive and it's the first time I appreciate the main leads death in a drama, when Yuko shot herself, I was clapping with happiness.
Also, the way Ryo killed Kashiwagi was pretty cool in a cold-hearted way.
I would've appreciated it better if Kanzo died along or end up crazy or something, why was he smiling at the last scene? It was all his fault from the beginning until the end, baka!
Anyway, this is totally not a drama that I appreciate, not even the slightest bit. Yes, it's twisted but all I can think about that it was disgusting, I will never tolerate this type of love stories. Well yeah, I am not open minded and I like it! Don't get me wrong, I didn't want a fluffy happy ending but I didn't want this either.

I can see the typical problems that we can face in any other rich poor love story: The parents objection, we're not from the same level, we're poor she's rich and there's even Leukemia in here, which means that her cancer will relapse soon. I still like this drama and the emotions that it delivers even if I think that Hiroto is a bit stiff.

Woah, she actually turned into a murderer! That's the only development that I found in this ep: After all this struggle she actually decided to kill Hyun Woo and so she burnt the whole house in order to prevent him from revealing her truth and continue her revenge, I find that quite bad because I used to appreciate her strong character but now, it's the opposite way, she was not supposed to do that and I can't find her an excuse because revenge isn't supposed to back up murder.
On the other hand, I am glad because Hyun Woo's revenge is going to be even bigger than hers and that's what I've been waiting for ever since the beginning and I must say that I began to lose my patience so the next ep better satisfy me and bring me the real revenge!

I feel sorry for Ah Ran and the way she lived her childhood, I know that she has the right to take revenge against the person who destroyed her life but I am more confident in Hyun Woo's revenge because he was an innocent person who was used because of his father's fault that's why I can't wait to see his reaction now that he woke up.
On another note, I really don't know why does Hyun Woo's mother hate Dr Nam that much, I mean she's always against him even when her husband and everyone in the house like him, I feel that there's a story behind that.
Anyway, Hyun Woo woke up and I am so excited about his reaction, let's wait and see...

So this is the first ep and we get to know Ah Ran's story, grudge and her reason for revenge. I must say that I didn't sympathize with her simply because she's taking revenge against the wrong people, even if her parents died because of Shi Woo Sub, she can't sacrifice his wife, his daughter and the biggest victim is Hyun Woo, he's such a great innocent person and he doesn't deserve this kind of treatment since he has nothing to do with his father's deeds but I am sure she went through a lot and that Shin Woo Sub needs punishment too.
I am also sure that the nurse "Daddy Long-legs" is actually Ah Ran's little sister and that she will have a great impact in the story.
The end was quite good and I am hungry for a deep revenge story, that's why I will waiting for what will happen next...

I am liking the beginning of the second season, I am mostly interested in Beak San's thinking and Jang Hyuk's fate.
