Masaka!

Woah, the last minutes left me speechless! So the only person that kanzo killed was actually Ryo's father? Who would've thought that can happen, What a twist! Now, that Ryo decided to find out the truth about his past, he regained the memories of Kanzo killing his father but what does Yuko has to do with all of this, with that burn mark and all?

Just when Yuko and Ryo got together, things became ugly, not that I mind that because I want to see how will thing will develop from now on!

Baka Onna!

Oh My! She did it! Miwa actually shot Kashiwagi because of Ryo, what a stupid woman! First she abandoned her family and now she became a criminal because of love, not only she ruined herself since she will probably spend the rest of her life at prison but she also ruined her family's reputation, that's what they call being ungrateful to you family. It's not like that Kishiwagi guy was a good person or something but she didn't have to go to that extent. Like I said in the previous ep, I hate women who forget about logic and limits when they're in love; they would do anything for the one they love: Miwa and Yuki are beyond stupid even though I believe that Yuki will come to her senses eventually because Kanzo is being very nice to her, it was the stupid Kotoko's fault or she would've told Kanzo everything.

Also, Kanzo actually changed his mind about Ryo? I really hate that! I don't want him to stop being a detective, it will kill the mood somehow but what I don't understand is that Ryo felt irritated and angry when Kanzo apologized to him and told him that he retired from the police, I mean he should be glad because he will back off him so why was his reaction like that?

After the romantic development from the last ep, nothing happened in this one, Yuko decided to stay away from Ryo and I believe it's a good thing for now, at least until there's an obvious interest from his side because I feel he's still as cold, as player, as mysterious as ever.

Past Scars

This ep wasn't that important either, until the last ten minutes, I started to ask questions and when I ask questions, it means that I am seeing depth in the story.

Yuko had some sort of an accident in the past that's why her brother is too caring with her but why doesn't she know the incident behind the scar in her hand? Also, the scar in Ryo's back, are they connected?

Ryo is a dark character with troubled thoughts, that's what I am sure about but I refuse to believe that he's a killer even if the girl he's in a relationship with was a friend of the murdered girl.

I like Kanzo's intuition about Ryo, he seems to see right through his soul, he knows that this guy is dangerous. Actually, I only like Kanzo when he's a smart detective but other than that, his character doesn't appeal to me, he does seem all over the place.

Let's wait and see what will happen next...

Now, we're talking!

Things picked up in this ep especially near the end, the time travelling started and it's all because of that stick that Sun Woo's brother was holding in his hand.

As much as I hate fatal diseases theme (because they want to make you feel melodramatic and expecting a tragic ending for the lead and blah blah blah), I end up forgetting that fact to concentrate on even more interesting things; the mini time-travelling during the ep and the one at the end, everything feels so real and I am glad he found out that the stick is behind the whole the whole thing.

Out of subject, when Sun Woo said "because I am you", I immediately thought of the famous line "I am your father", LOL, I know it's pretty unrelated but I wanted to get that thought out of my system.

Anyway, I am pretty invested in the drama right now, I am getting the feeling that excitement has just began!

Poor Naoto!

Out of all the perfect episodes of Maou, this is the most epic.

This is the episode where I almost burst in tears, yes the ice queen that never cried about a drama before (except one when I was little) almost cried her eyes out. Yup! They managed to melt my cold heart...even a little.

Ever since I started watching the drama, I never actually felt bad for Naoto, I was too stunned with Ryo's mind games but today I realized that I haven't been fair with him, he was blaming himself through the whole ep, even though Hideo's death was an accident, he wanted to confess but his father stopped him, he was young and wasn't aware of life, he confessed to the police and asked forgiveness from Ryo! Yes, he asked forgiveness from him because he thinks that he was the one who made a devil out of Ryo, although he lost his friends, he still feel sorry for Ryo, he wants to give his life away if that what it takes! And can I say he's the most honest detective I ever saw? I mean who would go to arrest his own brother for murder? His suffering times and his regrets and the pain that he feel inside are too heavy but he still carry them around. "even if I forget about the past, the past won't forget about me": That line broke my heart to pieces but Naoto has people who love him and support him; Why? Because he's on the right side and he has already been punished several times.

On the other hand, Ryo made me feel bad for him near the end of the ep because deep down he regrets this and want to stop but can't do that anymore, he loves Shiori but he has to shut his heart and continue the path he already chose a long time ago, I can see pain in his eyes when Naoto told him he would die for him, when he found out that his brother's death was an accident and when Shiori was asking him to stop. He's not heartless but he can't stop.

I am too scared to watch the last ep because I don't want this drama to end already, I hope it's an ending that satisfy me and it doesn't have to be a happy ever after ending because I would be too greedy to ask for that.

Wow!

I was wrong to thing that everything will be solved since Naoto found out about Ryo, actually things got worse but as I said before, Ryo was only the one who prepared the ploy but he never acted the part, Naoto's brother is a murderer, he killed Souda and framed Kasai, the pen was a twist that I never saw it coming but I knew from the beginning that his silence about the affair between his wife and Kasai holds a stronger internal grudge to crush him in his own way and this was it!

I felt really sorry for Naoto when he was begging Ryo to prove Kasai innocent, he didn't know that by proving his friend's innocence, he's going to reveal the truth about his brother being the murderer: What a freaking dilemma coming in his way.

Maybe Ryo is in the wrong and I actually believe he is but none of his plans would've succeeded without the evil inside the people who died and committed crimes. I am totally in a love/Hate relationship with him right now.

I wonder what will happen next...

The devil is having second thoughts?

This ep was emotional, there weren't too many games but there were emotions all over the place and guess what people? We get to see Ryo cry when he knew that the sister knew that he was fake, not when the journalist sent her the CD but from a very long time ago was touching to the point to make Ryo cry like a baby because he knew that she cared about him and she even protected him from the police and she said "I wanted to live because you were there", that was pretty emotional even for a devil to handle.

Then comes Shiori "Can I be your angel?", he was so shocked to hear that, in a good way! and the hug at the end! But I still insist that their love story won't last for long. The whole ep implicates that Ryo is going to have a change of heart soon but I am sort of confident that he won't give up his revenge because the only reason he has been living until now is to take revenge and nothing but revenge and it's an ugly revenge and if we suppose that he will stop for Shiori's sake and all, Yamano won't stop or allow him to stop, zettani!

Also, Naoto's brother found out about the affair and he's being quite, do he plan to forgive them or something? I get the feeling that Souda is going to be a big trouble in this situation and Kasai seems like the man who would do anything to keep Mari by his side even though she doesn't deserve it, not even the slightest bit.

I am so excited about the next ep!

Probably the best so far!

Episodes full of action never failed to impress me and this one is a good example of it.

Finally, Rey is dead, I always liked his scenes with Yoo Gun and my favorite line was when the latter said "Hey Rey, May I (take the gun he means)", it was totally the best line in this ep. Moreover, I really liked Yoo Gun's action scenes and the look in his eyes is priceles; he got the revenge, hartred feels like: Yu Gun against the world, he didn't even go to Seo Yung's brother's funeral even though he was the one behind his death but I still like his badass character so much, now that's how a male lead should be!

On another note, I think that Lee Joon's character is a spy for the last director or my doubt of him being an IRIS may be right after all but either ways, the deputy director shouldn't trust him that much, he definitely belongs to an evil party.

Hoping for more episodes like this one...

Still Good.

This ep started cute and everything about it seemed quite promising with the trip that the five of them went together but at the end, things got a little ugly with the gangster like trying to kidnap Nao. Now, the brother and the father are against this relationship and there's the yellow head guy who will try his best to get money, I hope that it won't get sad.

Too melodramatic.

The ending wasn't satisfying at all but I didn't hate the whole drama because of it. I still don't understand why did Ah Ran have to die, she already repented on her crimes and like everyone said she didn't kill anyone and she even forgave the person who was behind her parents death and decided to start anew, just because everyone was suspecting her she ends up a criminal? I mean the mother was the one who chose to commit suicide and speaking of which I have to say that I felt really sad when Joo Seung was crying after his mother's death and regretting everything that he did even though I still believe that he needs some punishment too.

Also, what didn't satisfy me about the ending, the last line that Hyun Woo said, you already did your revenge so what's the point of regretting it in the last minute? It's not like something is going to change or anything.

On another note, I am glad that Hyun Woo didn't end up together with Jae Hee because that would be too shallow after the death of his mother and her sister, it would be non-immoral.

In whole, the drama was good, maybe not the best revenge drama I saw but it's definitely a memorable drama even though I wasn't very thrilled with the ending.

Hmmmm

I can't say that I liked the ending but I didn't dislike it either, I am glad they kept Rion as human after all that trouble but I wasn't very fond of Tenran's ending and Suou's disappearance.

Overall, this was a good episode even through the ending wasn't that great, I admit that it was real. When it comes to Japanese dramas you can't expect a normal ending.

No werewolves yaay!

I am so glad that the whole werewolf thing was a hallucination made by that cookies doctor, I only enjoy the vampire theme. Overall, I think this is a good mystery drama so far; every case takes two episodes to be solved and criminal gets a good punishment like this episode's punishment: the cookies doctor killed herself with the same hallucinations that she's been trying on others.

Next ep preview seems pretty exciting...

I just love it when she cuts his lines!

That moment when Suo tries to represent his vampire self with glamour and charisma then Ruo cuts his speech: That's really hilarious!

Other than that, The invisible man's case was solved and I believe that it was a little twisty. I can't wait for more cases to come although I am a little bothered by the vampire transformation part.

An invisible man?

I think this case is interesting although I agree with Suo, the man is using some tricks and I can't help but to suspect the manager even if they showed us a different face at the end, I think that the manager has something to do with this.

I like it so far and I hope that the next episode will be equally interesting...

The culprit was found!

The one who kidnapped Shiho was found and I think that's an interesting turn of events because I thought they were going to drag it until the end so I am glad since they sort it out already. Ever since the first episode, I just knew that the teacher was really suspicious.

Now, I am kind of excited about what will happen next, will it be another case and everything? 3rd episode, here I come...
