This drama is the roller coaster of emotions and make you feel as you're part of their story

When i came across this drama i seriously didn't have that much of expectation from this but now it turns out to be one of my favorite cdrama of all the time. The story, the characters, the cinematography, ost everything about is drama is so perfect and realistic...the story and acting will hit you straight to the heart and sometimes it will make you emotional and sometimes happy and make you recollect your childhood, friendship moments...and the character development in this drama is so good and realistic specially li shiyi...he will always remains in my heart... The fact that this drama is not clingy snd just focus on realistic relationships that makes this drama even more promising... Overall a must watch drama...

a cinematic masterpiece

when i started to watch kdrama i always saw "moon lovers" being highly recommended but after seeing a lot of reviews such as it's a very sad drama, ending is not good, iu's acting is not good in this drama because of these negativity i really hesitate to watch this drama but after like 2 years i finally decided to watch this drama and now i realize how much of a fool i was... this drama by far become my favorite drama of all the time... this drama really affect me both emotionally and mentally... after watching this drama i'm wondering "how can a drama can be so beautiful"... the story, the cast, the cinematography, osts, everything about is drama is so perfect and beautiful and after this drama i truly become a huge fan of Lee joon gi and iu to a whole another level, their acting in this drama is so freaking beautiful and the fact that i don't always cry while watching dramas and all but this specific drama literally made me cry like a mess and this really taught me so much about the life and relationships, truly this drama affects me to a great extend... If you're reading this review and hesitate whether to watch it or not i'm telling you don't hesitate just watch it and avoid watching spoilers beforehand, this drama will truly become a beautiful experience you've ever had in ur entire life, after finishing this drama i felt so lucky that i watched this masterpiece but also felt empty and depressed for days because this masterpiece is already over, that's why i truly truly want second season of it but it's been 5 years and yet there's no announcement of season 2, it makes me sad but i'm still hoping for it, with the same cast but in the different era... just thinking about it giving me goosebumps all over my body. I truly become a huge fan of this kdrama and i don't think any drama will replace it's place in future, this drama will always have a special place in my heart.

Waste of good actors and osts with the awful storyline

I think this is one of the worst kdramas i've ever watch in my life... I have a lot of expectations for this drama bcs of the craze and popularity and also for song kang and han so hee's chemistry but it's a big disappointment...the actors did a great job to portray their characters but the story itself is so cringy and toxic at some point it really make me feel uncomfortable, and also i don't see any character development throughout this drama and the ending was just so awful...i do regret watching this drama and the fact that i'm more invented in the side character stories than the lead characters...i can't explain how annoying this drama is...but i must say that this drama has the best ost of all the time, and also the cinematography was also good...
