sweet, fluffy, and soft youth romance!

95% of this story contains sweetness, happiness, smiles, and peace. there's minimal conflict that won't stress you out. i like the story of Zaizai and Rangrang, so sweet that i wish i could be like them. there's also the fitting part about lonely Gu Ran's story with his doctor parents, Guan Fang with his previous personality alongside his grandma, and Jiang Jia who seems cheerful but feels lost despite always appearing confident. the relationship between Zhang Lu Rang and his uncle, Mr. Lin, so heartwarming. this story is very light and heartwarming, guaranteed to bring a smile. Su Zai Zai was the luckiest and happiest girl, it's truly perfect life! Zaizai's warm and enjoyable family, Lu Rang's younger sibling who deeply loves his older brother but feels a bit distant due to their parents. the greatest happiness for me is Gu Ran and Jiang Jia. all the happiness in it never fails to make me smile and makes me wish i could be part of that friendship and celebrate every New Year with them, they are really supportive besties. and, Guan Fang could be with me then hehehe?

fluffy, sweet, heartwarming, and so beautiful!!

Happy first anniversary to this super cute drama! I'm rewatching it now that it's airing on one of Indonesia's channels!

i'm convinced that having a crush on an older sibling's friend is a common experience, and i'm not alone in this. Zhizhi is a cheerful and optimistic girl who is in love with her older brother's friend. Sang Zhi's story is like.. exactly what i've always wanted. seeing her grow up in this show totally feels like i'm there with her. Jia Xu is the dream boyfriend material and Sang Yan is the best big bro ever! those three are seriously unforgettable and i really love them.

i love how the story isn't too slow or fast, it gives the characters room to develop perfectly. and i love all the OST, i've been replay so many times! All the adorable stuffs fit Sang Zhi's personality so well, her family is so warm and her brother's friend group so fun. there's some conflict, sure, but it all works out in the end in the sweetest way. it feels pretty realistic too, how the characters' feelings develop, and the acting is on point!

seriously obsessed with this drama! Sang Zhi's life seems perfect and i know i'll totally rewatch it again. it's my comfort drama!

i reallt appreciate the lighthearted plot, the well-developed characters, and the heartwarming story. i also love the OSTs and the acting of the cast. i would definitely recommend this drama to anyone looking for a sweet and heartwarming watch!

meeting under similar circumstances, one was told she had six months left, and the other had a year left. their meeting wasn’t just a coincidence, they both in same situation and same passion; painting. one isn’t afraid anymore, while the other is determined to spend their remaining time with his loved one. tgey build a friendship and romance, eager to face each day together because of their love. eventually, only one of the three is left, placing their heart with Akito too. the Gerbera flower really means a lot. Drawing Closer was full of emotion and sweetness. i love the songs too!

sorry but the character development was too slow

at first, i watched this because Puen and Foon, my couple from Hormones, and i also like Art. tbh, the plot is kind of annoying and slow, i can't imagine if there's friendship like that. but what keeps me interested, despite the slow character development, is the everyday life of the O - Group, esp when they chat on group was quiet fun. for some reason, their sometimes silly behavior is enjoyable. i'd say the MVP of the series is Art. he doesn’t want to lose his friends so he hides his feelings well, stays calm, and can be blunt, but that’s just him. he’s really loved, he always thinks about his friends’ feelings.

Poon is actually the most sensitive to her friends. the debates between Art and Poon are the most enjoyable for me. Prim is the one who initially set up the group chat. i’d say she’s the kindest, but she can be annoying because she always runs away. Foon is the sweet rich kid who can be frustratingly slow at solving problems, but he really cares about her friends. it makes me sad seeing her feel like everyone is leaving her. then, her birthday is the only thing that gets celebrated repeatedly in the series, like maybe 5 times (?) and Puen is the most irritating jerk. his expressions are actually sometimes funny, but his indecision makes me want to punch him.

considering this movie came out in 2015, if you're watching it now, it might feel kinda weird but honestly, it's funny. being friends and growing up together, it's understandable they feel safe and comfortable with each other. but yeah, Rita started all this because he felt sorry for Achida and didn't realize how much he actually cared for Hatori. but I'm glad Hatori and Hiromitsu Kosuke had their time together, doing fun stuff, and Hiromitsu Kosuke was brave enough to ask about Hatori's true feelings, showing how sincere he is. Hiromitsu really loves her, then Hatori and Rita are better together, while Hiromitsu Kosuke deserves someone better!

funny and warm youth romance

rewatching this youth romance in 2024 still brings back the sweetness of love and warmth of friendship. Xiao Xi's unwavering love for Jiang Chen, despite all the tears and frustration he causes her, still touches my heart. it's reasonable at that age Xiao Xi only focused on her crush and overlook someone like Wu Bo Song, who always tried harder and was there for Xiao Xi all the time and give many things everytime she said se wants that. their friendship with Jing Xiao, supporting each other and competing together, was heartwarming and truly real bestie. the bonds between Xiao Xi, Jing Xiao, Jiang Chen, Wu Bo Song, and Lu Yang, helping each other out and sticking together like a flock of sheep, amg growing together were really enjoyable. Xiao Xi's character development during college, where she ignored Jian Cheng and grew tired of her feelings, was also interesting. i also liked that important story not only for the main leads, Jing Xiao and Lu Yang, and the father-son relationship between Wu Bo Song with his dad was really touching. the school stress and tough lessons, pressure from parents felt very relatable. yeah, i've been stand with Wu Bo Song from the start, but i knew Xiao Xi would end up with Jiang Chen in the end, Wu Bo Song deserved better, even better than Xiao Xi hahaha jk.

i love how they choose the wedding scene is for Jing Xiao and Lu Yang, sometimes wedding scene not always for the main leads bcs they still have the happy ending

the plot is not as complicated as the previous season

i don't know why there's something missing in this final season. maybe it's because of the old characters that were so memorable to me, or the plot focusing more on the organization. the plot is not as complicated as the previous season. the previous seasons where there were a lot of unresolved love stories, this one has even more, and it's kinda sad. the cast who were in the previous seasons, i think some of them really explored their roles well this time. personally, i really like Pala's character, for some reason he's funny haha. and Nanon, with so little screen time, but I've been idolizing her ever since (i first watched this in 2018 and just finished rewatching).

the alumni reunion at Pop's house made me miss them all over again :(

it's more complicated

rewatching in 2024 and i still enjoy watching it! With the issues getting more complicated, i personally find this season 2 more spectacular. the complexities of love, sexuality, and free socializing are heating up. It focuses on real life teenage issues and the confused life of teenagers. Phai really caught my attention, his character development, though sometimes crossing boundaries but the way he shows responsibility, greatness of heart, and sincerity that truly touched me. Each episode focuses on one of the cast, but does have side scenes of the other members. The final scenes always featuring each character with their families are distinctive. Also i really love Non idk he's so funny and sweet <3

but i think it would have been nice if at least one couple had a healthy and stable relationship where one wasn't still in love with some old flame.

i like the issue that highlights money is everything and makes education a business area. everything revolves around money & parental connections. i think the choice of the 3 main actors in this series was so cool, bcs i personally really admire acting skills of Minnie, Tonhon, and Sadanont. esp Sadanont, i think he's good at processing expressions. issues of family relationships, friendships, dreams, and abuse of power are wrapped up in lots of entertaining rumors, emotional moments, and a sense of tension here.

Est and Ray make this show even more awesome! i really love the friendship and the chaotic.
