What's included: Physical disabilities, mental disorders, and physical conditions/ailments that are explicitly confirmed by the script (aka. canon) and are not magically cured by the "power of love."

*Disclaimers:

Currently, intersex conditions are not included in this list for 2 reasons: 1.) Most stories largely take place after the individual has received treatment and/or transitioned. 2.) Most stories have not displayed any of the hinderances/obstacles/special considerations that some of these conditions come with, outside of gender identity.
Currently, amnesia is not represented on this list for 2 reasons: 1.) It is mainly used as a plot device, rather than as a condition. 2.) Most stories only keep the amnesia for a short period of time, as it is either introduced temporarily or is cured at a key plot moment.
Conditions related to being (un)dead are also not included, for obvious reasons. Likewise, for conditions stemmed from supernatural and/or reincarnation reasons.
