The KBS drama My Perfect Stranger aired its finale on June 20 and achieved an average nationwide viewership of 5.7%, its highest of all time. The average rating of the entire drama is 4.4%. 

My Perfect Stranger commenced with a rating of 4.5%, and its subsequent episodes plummeted in viewership numbers leading it to its lowest rating of 3.8% (episode 5). However, from episode 6, the K-drama started gaining momentum and maintained a streak of 4% ratings till its penultimate episode. The finale broke the streak and concluded the drama on a high note.
