JTBC's Family by Choice concluded on November 27, scoring its highest ratings of the entire run — 3.67% (nationwide) and 3.86% (metropolitan). The K-drama commenced with a nationwide viewership of 2.07% and hit 3% in the fourth week of its airing. The rest of the episodes mostly scored between 2%-3.5%.
But, despite scoring single-digit ratings domestically, Family by Choice was a huge hit on the global OTT service Rakuten Viki. On November 27, Soompi reported, "Family by Choice ranked first in viewership across 140 regions worldwide during its sixth week of airing (from November 13 to November 19). Notably, it maintained the top spot for six consecutive weeks in 88 regions including the United States, Brazil, France, the United Kingdom, Australia, Saudi Arabia, and India."

Face Me has five more episodes left to air.
