Yeh they are similar bcos Botha are bl stories bt in word of honor due to chinas sensorship policy they changed the bl story to bromance bt we can actualy get every sence of romance in their eyes and about this drama they are doing a great job??? finally got to see a an actual bl in this historical Chinese dress ??? am overwhelmed in joy you know thatt ?

Both are wuxia/historical dramas with either a BL or a censored BL relationship between the leads, one of whom has an abusive, controlling father who treats him as a weapon, and who is hiding his true identity from the other lead.
