Cute movie, however, it's not different from the show
In this movie edition, there weren't any cinematic changes. All the inner dialogue was still there, the music was pretty much the same. The only difference between the show and the movie was there not being an intro and outro in every episode.To be completely honest, the story was somewhat boring, even though it's painful to admit. Or maybe the story was good, only portrayed poorly? I believe that the issue is, that trying to illustrate mature themes like Sang-ha being in debt, just doesn't work when the "episodes" were only 10 minutes long. It could be portrayed in a movie form, but this movie was just a compilation of the episodes. What saved the movie for me though was the chemistry between the two leads. Both Sang-ha and Won's characters were luckily very likable and from a viewer's point of view, it makes excellent sense why they fit together. Even though the story was very all over the place, they both saved the film because they were a great match. And honestly, the climactic kiss was terrific. It seemed so much more realistic than a handful of dramas out there. It was very fitting to the mood. It's incredible how their chemistry saved the production.
Really big applause to Lee Se-jin and Cho Seung-ho for their fantastic acting. And the soundtrack was excellent, I enjoyed the different songs and have saved most of them to my playlist. If I were to rewatch, I'd watch the movie adaptation just to save myself from having to skip intros all the time. However, I wish the movie had some change compared to the drama.

Mr Icicle meets Mr Hot cup of milk
This drama is sweet but also makes me go what... The story is sweet we have the emotionally closed off icicle in desperate need of some one to though his col, cold heart and Mr heart or more fitting Mr Hot cup of milk who is a tad obsessive and in desperate need of a lesson in consent and finding his self worth.... Unlike other obsessive male leads this guy shows persistence without any aggression witch makes it hard to dislike him, This movie (also as a series) shows us the importance of equal footing in a relationship with the added bonus of sweet loan sharks.All in all an okay watch.

U must watch.....it's sweet!!
You should know it's very rare for me to write review for a drama. And I only write review when it's really good. So you should know that this movie is seriously gooooood. First if all as seen it's korean it's no doubt that actors are damn hot and cute though it has more cute scenes . The ambition of main actor is clear. In simple words it's short and sweet.So at atlast I will say you must watch it!!!.
It's real said that, when korea will start making this sweet kinds...it will be number one.

Mr. Pacemaker, you are a dream!!
Sangha has been in the shadows and background of Jinwoo's life for awhile now, but he discovers him for the very first time as his "pacemaker". I loved this storyline, due to Jinwoo realizing that he really wanted Sangha in his life and in his heart, much more than for his professional career. I also loved that Sangha made sure that Jinwoo knew that he wanted him to want him to be in his life.I really liked that Jinwoo's friend gave him a reality check about how Jinwoo needed to be able to make his own way in life, because he wasn't looking for a rich, handsome, and successful boyfriend to save him.
He just wanted Jinwoo to return his love and affection.

Film highlighted some flaws, over the series.
I watched and rated the series a 9.Strangely, seeing it edited together and viewing in one sitting, made some aspects of the character's interactions a little perturbing.
I got that that Sang-ha possibly didn't want to share his troubles about the marathon with Jin-won before it, in case it affected his concentration, but directly after?...
Jin-won lacked empathy with Sang-ha and could be quite selfish, whilst the latter seemed to like him so much, he either overlooked that, or was ok with it.
The actors are very good, however, and portrayed their characters well.
Being a very light drama, the more realistic issues of their relationship, with the type of father Jin-won was intimated as having, couldn't be touched on, but it raised that question for me.
Life would be better if parents accepted their kids for who they are, but we know it's sadly not like that. Maybe one day gay relationships won't be viewed as different, lesser or wrong. We can only hope.

A victory is a victory
I watched this movie for the first time a couple years ago. I remember liking it a lot, but I wasn't sure if it was just because it's one of the first BLs I watched, or because it was actually good.Now that I watched it again I can confirm that, yes, I loved it.
- First of all, the story mainly revolves around marathons and I appreciated the fact that they didn't just use it as an aesthetic. It might sound obvious, but I've seen way too many movies and dramas where they start with a theme, only to put it aside and turn the story into something entirely different. Here the characters run all the time, make plans about marathons, worry about training and taking proper care of their bodies, all without neglecting the romance.
- Secondly, the main characters were great. Both the actors did a very good job portraying them - Han Se Jin in particular shines at all times, he did amazing and he made me want to watch other productions where he's part of the cast. Since Sang Ha and Jin Won are so different I was worried that the romance between the two would feel forced in some way, but instead I believe it was paced pretty well. Seeing Jin Won slowly but steadily warming up to Sang Ha and then caring for him and wanting him by his side was very satisfying. The problems they had were not the usual annoying couple misunderstandings or lack of communication either.
- There was no time wasted, at ANY time. Every single scene felt important for the sake of the plot or the character introspection. One could argue that the ending could use some more screen time, but to be honest I'm satisfied.
This one will stay in my heart and I'll probably end up considering it a classic as time goes by.

Korejský film ze sportovního prostředí s českými titulky od monvi-ho (díky moc), který byl poskládán z původního seriálu ze stejné roku 2020 (všech 8 epizod, neobsahuje žádné nové scény, seriál zde máme též s sk tit od ŠK) jistě každému divákovi vykouzlí dobrou náladu. Příběh byl pojat komediálně a Sang Ha se na můj vkus vnucoval a podlézal Jin Wonovi až moc a rušily mě v některých scénách ty příšerné řvavé klavíry. Naopak příjemné písně dobarvily jiné scény, vyzdvihnout je třeba to, že Hang bojoval s těžkým životním osudem (doslova se rval o přežití), a přitom dokázal ještě i milovat a závěrečný polibek byl tak akorát (ani nedýchající štítivé ryby, ani nic přehnaného, čemu by zase divák nevěřil). Příjemné zpestření.

A light-hearted, cute simple little love story about two marathon runners in college
While this is not my favourite BL of all time, it is one of the go-to BLs whenever I need a short pick-me-up.The series and the drama are identical, there are just a few scenes swapped around where the episodes end / start, probably for narrative reasons.
What I liked:
* They chose a story line that is adequate for the length of the series. Anything more complicated, and it might have become frustrating (again).
* The series is focused on the two main leads, which are supported by only a few other characters, which also fits the drama's length. I loved all of them, the coach was like an exasperated but loving uncle, the friend insightful, the two loan sharks hilariously cute.
* They did almost everything to keep the story light-hearted, from the sometimes cheesy dialogue to the upbeat music.
* The story, though straightforward, shows quite a bit of character development for BOTH main characters.
What I did not like:
* To keep it consistently light-hearted, I would have liked if the scene with the loan sharks' boss could have been less violent -- I'm sure there was another way to put pressure on SangHa than to beat him up.
Overall, a sweet and short drama.
