Jun Jonochi (Mirei Kiritani) works at a paper manufacturing company. She is earnest, but clueless about her own appearance. She doesn't have any interest in making herself look good. One day, she realizes that people don't view her as other women. She begins to read up on things like make-up and fashion trends with her two female colleagues.

Funny and heartwarming
I was looking for something light and this did not disappoint. If you need a good laugh, then this one is for you. This also have romance but don't look for hot scenes as this show is not that lol.I did not expect to enjoy it but I was pleasantly surprised. The twist near the end made this show all the more worth watching. A light-hearted, funny, cheesy, and with life lessons that people can relate. This is sort of a coming-of-age story but in the adult/workplace scene. And it was beautifully presented with very good actors and actresses that acted on point.

I also enjoyed the character's development. In addition, the friendship of the three ladies was entertaining and quite sweet. Their story was funny as well. The performances were perfect as well from all actors and actresses.
However, there was the romance. The love story started well and it got really really good, until the final twist that just ruined it all. At least the main character did the right thing. I also didn't like the fact that the other lady's story wasn't properly completed, although they did give us some short of ending.
So seven out of ten.
