I am STILL trying to figure out why this drama flopped. This is a very very good drama, and much better than MANY popular dramas. I admit I didn?t like the 1st episode until I saw the end which makes you want to see the 2nd one immediately, and after that, it only gets better. Yunho?s acting is very credible from the 2nd episode to the end, the story is beautiful, and all the actors have skills. The chemistry between him and Go Ah Ra (playing "Hye Bin") is obvious, it's definitely one to add to your collection..

People seem to be prejudice towards this drama. The fact is, it didn't have the best rank, it's true, but it was the most sold DVD.
I think the drama is really cool and romantic. Not only romantic but also funny. I'm strict with dramas in general and a little thing can ruin it for me but this was the first time ever i rewatched a drama! And i dont regret it.
It's the type of drama you watch and want to watch it more and more... It's true that sometimes Yunho's expressions are similar, but his character and the drama itself teaches a lot of things!
Mixing Yunho and Go Ara was the best thing. I love everything about this drama, you should give it a try. I can't find many dramas + romantic than these ;)

This drama could have been so much more, but really it's just a very mediocre one.
The premise is fine and it is not boring. But I could find a number of reasons why it didn't work for me:

First of all, the story had promise, but never took off. And, in episodes 4-7, without any warning, it went off in a weird angle and came back with a new character in tow. That part of the plot felt very much out of place.

Another strange thing was the villainous character. He was very devious and "villainous" in character, but at the end, it came down to nothing. Everything was resolved so easily. Then why did we sit through these many episodes- just for some proper communication?

Then there's lead pair. Forget chemistry, this must be the first drama I've watched where the girl is on more close status with the villain character than the hero. Of course, the mind is a mixed thing..it can mix up all your signals. You do feel sorry for the lead guy.

The Cast: While the supporting cast is good, there isn't much to say about the lead actors. The guy was over acting for the first two episodes, especially his body language, but he got okay after that. The girl is a bit expressionless at times, but again, you get used to it.

So, there it is. You know by now, I don't think it's a great drama. But it's okay for when you have nothing else you want to watch.

The only reason i watched this drama was because it had soccer in it, and i'm a big fan of soccer. Now if you're watching it for that reason alone, it'll probably be rather disappointing since the soccer in the drama is very minimal, and rather predictable. That being said, I enjoyed the story of the drama even though it was rather generic of Sports Romance Comedies. It felt like Invincible Lee Pyung Kang, except with Soccer. The acting was terrific and even though an idol played the lead, he did a great job. The music was actually surprisingly good. As for rewatch value, this isn't that spectacular of a drama that a person should rewatch. Overall though, I don't regret watching this and in fact, I quite enjoyed it. I finished it in just a couple of days which is unusual for me (as i'm usually a slow watcher).

No Limit in quality to Vintage Kdramas

“He’s broken and bruised but still has time to be in a relationship; That’s what youth is.”

- Ajumma Ae Ja

I truly enjoyed this drama. It made me nostalgic because it came out in 2009 and I was a kid. Regardless, I will keep this drama close to my heart because it reminds me of why I don’t watch the Kdramas that come out now (2015- present).

Everyone has their preferences, and I do too. And I prefer 2000s Kdramas. Maybe it’s the nostalgia, or maybe the the vast differences between Kdramas then and now.

Moving on, I’ve read many reviews of this drama, and some say U-Know couldn’t act, Ara and Uknow didn’t have chemistry, it was boring, blah blah blah. But I think the chemistry was great, because both leads genuinely acted as though they wanted the best for each other; as though they were the characters and not just acting. U-Know’s acting improved the more the show went on, and I particularly liked his look when he cut his hair and his style became a lot more refined. Another thing, some would probably say the first actor that was slated to portray Bong Kun was the better match. But I beg to differ. U-Know’s youthfulness and experience being on a “team” is what really brought the character Bong Kun to life. From immature and temperamental to carefree and responsible is something I’m not necessarily sure the other actor (Kim Rae Won) could have accomplished. I can only picture U-Know.

But my most favorite part in the drama is when both leads enter a singing contest and Hae-Bin’s performance wins over Bong-Kun’s suspiciously good/well-timed choreography and flawless showmanship.

But there are things I must note:

- Maxim is from UK (but he sounds like an American)?
- Second Male Lead is evil, and I’m glad he got what he deserved last episode (yet I sorta had a bleeding heart towards him because the actor who portrays him is so good at acting with his eyes) But all the manipulation and evilness all 16-episodes is something I couldn’t excuse. He also reaffirms to me why Lawyers can’t be trusted.
- Dong ho was so arrogant and insecure but he won me over in the last couple episodes
- I’m sad that the show got cancelled, and it couldn’t continue on for two more episodes. Because I loved the characters too much, and somehow I feel cheated. But the ending was good. I’m happy with it. I just wished to see a lot more in the last episode than I got. But what I got was absolutely okay and satisfying.
- I’m glad that the FL didn’t start off hating the ML. I think that’s what made me root for the couple. Very nice romance. Not forced, but real and natural like something in real life.
- AND I knew Ajumma Ae Ja looked familiar. Subconsciously I thought “She’s the grandma from that one critically acclaimed movie (Minari) who won an Academy Award.” Maybe it was her distinct voice or familiar face expressions.
- Yeon Yi was a cool female friend. Despite my hang ups about her when it came to her hostility towards Hae Bin, and when she’d let Dong Ho act so hostile towards Bong Kun, she had a really friendly nature.
- Someone else noted that the fashion was on par. It really was! I’m not sure whose outfits I liked more! But all the characters wore ‘em well. Kudos to the stylist(s).

Yet, most importantly, please give this drama a chance. If not for the plot, then be it for U-Know’s smile, or Ara’s hilarious off-key singing, Byeol-yi’s illustrations, Maxim’s attempt to communicate with others (a language barrier), Yeon yi’s food, actor Sang yoon’s expressive eyes, Hong Sang-min’s tough love (but silently rooting for the underdog), or maybe to be reminded that life is hard but you can’t give in to those around you who tell you you’re something you’re absolutely not. Also, never give up on what you love. If you must break from it temporarily, never get too comfortable. No Limit!

Superação no Campo e no Amor

Well, I don't know. This drama was okay but it got really boring to me. It's good but not great. I just decided to drop it because I lost interest in watching it. I really feel bad though because Yunho is very good at acting.

Terrible if you're looking for substance and a good story to follow along. I only watched because I was a big U-Know Yunho fan. The drama really headed to the ground. Pun totally intended.

i was skipping scenes to reach end

i even watched the last ep & i figured out the whole drama from it
i am so disappointed

this is the worst drama i've ever seen ..... literally meaningless
& the characters of the main roles ( U-know & Go Ah ) was so provoking , weak & tepid >_<

Has interesting premise

I thought the show made sense unlike others who thought it got confusing. IMO the mental hospital part did fit into the storyline although it didnt have to drag out as long as it did. i would have liked to see how this originally should have ended if it werent for all the complaints that led to a choppy rushed ending.

I read somewhere that they filmed all the episodes but only released what we see as the 16 episodes that we got. probably too late to get bonus episodes so many years later but i bet story would have been better had the network just let it play out most kdramas are 1 season anyways why cut it short when they already fimed everything.
