Both are about catching criminals and have a detective with some sort of power, but in Higanbana; Keishichou Sosa Nana Ka?, she sees the memories of the crime scene rather than the memories of the person

Both MC have the abilities to read people's mind, but this kdrama is about revenge and there's also a romance involved.

They remind a bit about each other plot wise and with the female leads. Both female lead have "good hearing".
