Certainly one of my favorite Japanese drama. The way the story was presented, I love how the students faced the challenges from one episode to another. It's not your typical school drama where students face ordinary challenges of a student's life. Of course, the story revolves inside the classroom. The teacher's role here makes the drama more interesting and something to watch out for as the title of the drama itself. I love Shida Mirai's character and of course the teacher. I commend the acting of the students as well and even the teachers. They did their best but surely those two main characters are the stand out for me. It's not boring for me. The music sure helped to live up with the atmosphere of the story. I will definitely re-watch it if I feel like to. This drama is something to watch out for if you want a school drama with a twist. The story is somehow close to reality which can make you relate to it. Some instances can happen in real life. But certainly you can learn from it. You can symphatize with the characters and what they are going through.

I feel that this show had a lot of potential, and good points but the main character drove me not want to watch it anymore. She went from a strong spy to a lovesick woman in which her feelings clouded her judgement and had put other people's live at risk.

I will say though even though In-ah is annoying in the beginning she becomes more likeable since falling in love drives her to become a more caring person.

The main character is what drove me nuts but everything else was pretty okay.

First off I would like to say this is my favorite drama!!! I used to not like historical dramas, but this drama is so refreshing you often forget its about the 1900's. The soundtrack is completely amazing!!! Joo won (lead actor) even participates in one of the songs!! The actors work well together, and when you see the behind the scenes they seem to have great chemistry!! I have already rewatched the drama and of course I would rewatch it again!! If you want to see a drama about Justice and hardships in life then this is certainly the way to go!!

This drama is nothing special, even for a Gong Yoo fan. The plot is loopy. Scenes are sometimes funny, sometimes annoying, but repetitive for the most part.

The female leads are two extreme cliches- one half dumb, one scary stalker. There are many side characters intended to be funny, but not really funny. The main characters are more effective in humor, occasionally. There is the actor Shin Won Ho, whose role is very unlike what anyone would suppose- a shame really.

Gong Yoo tries his best to make the drama worthwhile, but he is a one man army most of the times. Lee Min Jung's character is too silly for her to make a difference.

But still, if you watch through all the dull episodes, the ending is decent enough actually. Compared to the slow process of making it to the end, the ending had more flair and fun. Don't look for logic, just enjoy the fun when it's there.

I liked this drama, but I'm not very sure it's for everyone out there. You should have patience while watching the drama. I'm the type that would never drop a drama so I kept up with it. Besides that fact, I think I'm biased.. Yes,I mean have you had a look at Go Soo? let alone the fact that his younger self was Kim Soo Hyun. That was another fact that kept me going on watching the show, to be honest---my guilty pleasure.
This drama had too many uncalled-for side stories that bore the hell out of you! But I kept up with them.. I hated that many characters did a wrong and then they, themselves, felt wronged and blamed others.. I mean, EXCUSE YOU! They skipped through time a lot, and it too many twist that weren't really necessary.
HOWEVER! it was one of those dramas that made your heart flutter, and how I wish there weren't those 'butterfly-moments' because I really wanted to give it a lower rating.
When I finished this drama I thought "I wish I had a man just like Kang Jin.. Caring, loving and selfless" I really liked his character, specially, his relationship with his mother.
In conclusion,Some parts were too good, some parts were too boring. I'm not sure which overlapped which, to be honest.
Again, unless you're a patient person, DON'T COME ANYWHERE NEAR THIS DRAMA!

I seriously love this drama! The suspense and mystery is just too awesome!! The story line is great because it doesn't rush right into each case but builds it up. I love how the first 2 episodes were about how season 1 ended (well of course that is normal for a sequel). One thing i liked about it was that they didn't rush right into it, but build it up and showed it over 2 episodes rather than 1. Also each case was just as suspenseful as the previous one. The ending was just amazing, and like the beginning the last case was split into 2 episodes! They put some serious thought into this!

Can i just say i love this cast, seriously i don't think i can ask for any better cast members for this drama. Every actor portrayed their character soo well.

Joo Sang Wook as Yeo Ji Hoon was just awesome! I loved how his character was hard to figure out because at the beginning you get mixed feelings about him but then as you understand what is going on you can't help it but to love him! One thing i really liked about him was how he became more casual-looking near the end, and that he became closer to his team! One thing i really liked about his character was that he kept me on my toes for the first 2 episodes because his character was seriously hard for me to figure out. But ones i understood his character i ended up loving him more haha

Jo An as Nam Ye Ri was great! i really loved how her style of clothing changed in this season. She looked gorgeous and stylish as well as tough and had the you-don't-want-to-mess-with-me vibe going on. I really liked how her character developed from being a damsel in distress to an amazing officer! I really hoped for Nam Ye Ri to end up with Yeo Ji Woon >.> seriously i wanted more romance between these two Dx (then again it is a crime drama so =/ )

Kim Sang Ho as Baek Do Sik and Choi Woo Sik as Park Min Ho were just great! i loved the random comedy factor that these two portrayed.. though i can't really call it 'comedy' but their relationship made me smile soo much! I love Choi Woo Sik as Park Min Ho, i don't think anyone could have portrayed this character any better! He was just too awesome and funny! I love Woo Sik *.*

I really liked the ost, though there was really just one song, it was still really good because it had that mystery feel to it, which fit totally in with the drama. If i had to choose which season had a better ost then, i think i like the 1st season's sound track more.. That doesn't mean i don't like this season's sound track.. I just prefer season one ost. But i love both songs!

I gave the rewatch value 9/10, which is pretty high, but that is because i don't think i would get bored watching it again, especially Joo Sang Wook's character, he was a mystery to figure out plus i love mystery/crime dramas a lot so i would rewatch it anyways. Also i think i would go over the same feelings and questions over in my mind while watching it again.. especially the ending. Seriously i think i will have to watch the last part of the last episodes over again in order to grasp what is going on xD

Overall, i gave it a 9/10 because i think this is an excellent crime/mystery drama, every episode was great, especially the ending was just too awesome!! Like the 1st season, this season ended with a cliffhanger, suggesting to me that there is definitely going to be a 3rd season!! I can't wait for it *.* I hope they will keep the casting the same because i don't think i can handle a different casting for this drama! Guess we will see what is gonna happen next!

So if you love mystery/crime/investigation dramas then i recommend you to to watch this drama! You won't be disappointed :)

Despite sharing a world and various supporting cast members, Athena is decidedly not IRIS. Fans of that series will note, as is often the case with spin-offs, the two are widely different in terms of style and atmosphere. Viewers should be wary of coming into this one with expectations of a similar ride, though there are small nods toward its predecessor.

The primary strengths of this drama rest in fabulous action sequences and beautiful location shooting. Scenes filmed in Italy are truly remarkable; the episodes spent there are some of the best. However, after the events that brought us to Europe conclude, writing mistakes and muddy character motivations start to bog down key elements of the story line. Thanks to a fast pace and simple plot, some of this can be forgiven and there's no chance of the viewer getting lost.

Performances in Athena were a mixed bag. Strong actors worked with the weak and certain characters drowned in script issues. Villains were more compelling than the heroes for instance. Cha Seung Won is particularly wonderful, playing intense and sympathetic though his purposes are dark. I also found myself very invested in the fate of his strangely lovable minion/companion Andy, as portrayed by the adorable Sean Richard. As for the heroes, you have a talented Jung Woo Sung working with clipped wings. He tries to make something out of Lee Jung Woo, but the script affords him little more than saving the day and being struck silly with attraction for his female lead. Speaking of her, my first encounter with Soo Ae found her wanting. She felt limited in ability despite having a role with written potential; most of her scenes were spent gaping or wide-eyed. The love line between the two was poor as well; Woo Sung had more chemistry with a certain SM Entertainment megastar in her two episode cameo.

Athena: Goddess of War is for those viewers hankering for a modern action series. It's light and fast, though not worth subsequent viewings. Those that love SM artists might enjoy it too, since many are highly promoted both in the cast and in the soundtrack. I'd recommend it without taking the plot too seriously; this show has its fun moments.

I've seen all three of the My Date With A Vampire series and I have to say all of them were good. This came out with a was a little kid. I was 3 years old when this came out, but I didn't watch it until several years later. My cousin showed it to me and omg I was so happy she did because it was the one ATV drama I have ever seen. Everything was just amazing, I love everything about it; The storyline, acting, music and the case. This is fhe first of the My Date With A Vampire Series. This drama was different from all the ones I have seen. Once I finished this, I was sad that I did because I didn't want it to end. I was so envious of the friendship the actors had. I like how suspense it was and the romance was not a lot, but you were sure who was in love with who. So for all you that haven't seen it and are planning to you should give it a try because you won't regret it. I recommend it to anyone.

I've seen most of the actors in other taiwanese dramas and so I ventured to watch this one mostly for Jiro. The only thing that was wrong with this version is Koo Hye Sun's acting. I loved her in Boys Before Flowers and liked her but this character or maybe her acting was just unbearable. her over the top expressions were a killer. I wasn't expecting much but I;ve seen the Japanese Version. I have also seen Jiro's acting and he was doing a good job in this. I gave up for the second time. This not even Jiro or the rest of the actors could save for me. I didn't even mind the dubbing but her acting was just bad.

Queen Hyun's Man was so very enjoyable that it's now amongst my top dramas right next to The Princess' Man. It's funny, with a very well written script, and extremely well directed; the actors played their roles most believably and were well suited to their characters. Lots of witty dialogue, intrigue and a couple of plot twists; oh and a fair bit of romance crying but there's a good ending.

One of the big pluses for me was it was a 'fantasy/romance' so the time travel element kept my interest and kept you engaged in the drama. The clever writing also helped to dispense with certain awkward adjustments in time travel movies by making the lead male very intelligent and highly adaptable.

One of the things I really liked about this drama was the easy relationship and intimacy between the two leads....there is a lot, and I mean 'a lot' of kissing between the male and female leads as well as skinship which, is not usual from what I have seen of KDramas. They looked very natural and believable as a couple so you were involved with their romance as it developed. You cried when they cried, laughed when they did and really shared their moments. This couple have lots of chemistry between them which worked well for them in the drama; at some points you wondered whether the acting had stopped and reality took over in the tender moments..that's how good it was.

The secondary characters were very good supporting actors in carrying out their roles and providing some comic relief. There were times though when I wanted to absolutely strangle Jee Hin's Manager for her high handedness. The pacing of this movie is adequate enough for a romance comedy and in fact I felt it moved quite quickly. The directing was of a very high quality and I shall be looking for other projects by the writers and director for this drama.

This drama is worth watching if only to see the chemistry and the romance between the two leads. No wonder they fell in love, who wouldn't with the amount of trust and closeness that has to be invested in the roles to pull them off the way they did. But it is more than the chemistry between the two and I highly recommend it. I intend to rewatch in the future.

This drama is the best example of a makjang drama. All this tension, screaming, tears, etc. are pushed up to the highest level. It's great. If it was all compacted into 25 episodes. For 50 episodes, there was at least one big disaster, dark foreboding, or just plain screaming in every one. You'll find yourself growing frustrated at each episode and hating more and more characters in the drama, wondering why they're doing this when the answer's so obvious.

While the storyline's not the most original thing ever, the main leads did well in portraying the growth and development of their relationship. Eugene's character was the epitome of a damsel-in-distress. Though she had her highlights, the overall vibe that the character gave was a weak woman. Lee Jung Jin was pretty good with progressing through a relationship while following his views. His logic and reasoning was well done in the drama and a character that has depth. Hands down, Park Won Suk was the greatest actress in the drama. Though she's the "bad guy" in the drama, she had the best facial expressions and ways of conveying her emotions and frustrations. Yoon Ah Jung as well was very good at portraying her feelings and reactions.

The soundtrack was alright, though I could do without some of the music at some scenes.

Honestly wouldn't rewatch this again since it's too long and I could do without all this exaggeration in life. I might watch certain episodes just to relive the highlights of the drama, but I won't go through the whole thing again.

I wasn't so happy with the drama, so it took me some time to finally watch the special, but after a few minutes I knew that I should have done so earlier.

The story of the special is way better than any of the cases in the drama. The case is presented to the viewer in little pieces and just Kageyama is able to figure out how they are connected with each other.
I had no idea how to link all the little happenings (although I must say I am quite stupid when it comes to solving mystery^^°)

I absolutely LOVE the acting of the two main actors. Sho is wonderful in acting as a butler but also when he accuses his mistress for being stupid. Keiko acts wonderfully as the heir that has to take all of Kageyama's bratty remarks and I cracked up so much about her acting when she was being drunk.
Also, Kazamatsuri makes me laugh all the time. His acting his hilarious and he fits the role so wonderful!!!

It's a funny special with a detective story and the mix of humor and mystery is just right. It does not get boring and on the other hand there are lots of moments to make you laugh.
If you feel like watching a detective drama that isn't too serious, I suggest you give this one a chance! You won't regret it!

This had everything I wanted in a drama. Romance, comedy, tragedy, and Kang Ji Hwan. From the comments i've read i noticed that some thought it was boring or just didn't like the feel of it. I honestly don't understand what they thought was boring, because i enjoyed all of it. (trust me i myself get bored with many dramas, check my on hold list) So i suggest if you are doubting whether you'll like it, give it a shot,or you might miss out on a great drama.

I will warn you though: this is a romantic comedy more than anything else. If you're looking for action, this isn't really it. While there is alot on the last 2 episodes, everything before that is mainly Romantic Comedy. Also, the end is a bit bittersweet and sad which was a surprise for me.

P.S., Cha song joo was awesome in this! I loved her so much that I don't even hate her character in Me Too Flower anymore!(those who have seen will understand ;) )

I just finished the drama and WOW is it really different from your typical Korean drama.

The drama did start off hilarious; I found myself enjoying it right away with all the crazy humor thrown into this drama (some not so appropriate for the younger audience either). I also liked how this story had a sort of moral to tell the audience-that you shouldn't judge by appearances or to be yourself and not drown in a never ending sea of lies-and it wasn't portrayed in a cliche, cheesy way that makes you want to roll your eyes constantly. It did move kind of fast since it is only 12 episodes but at the same time, it didn't feel rushed.

One thing that I haven't seen in a while in dramas are surprises. Everything started to feel predictable, but this drama was different. It was so well planned out, I didn't even see it coming until it actually happened.

The cast was amazing too, acting and all. The director made excellent choices to choose these people for their roles.

I didn't realize it until I had to rate it, but I realized there was no actual singing in the soundtrack of the drama (either that or I somehow missed it). Depending on preference, this can be good or bad. I personally prefer some catchy song that goes on every time a cute scene shows up or when a certain character enters the scene, but that's just me. Having only instrumental music could also enable the audience to focus more on what's going on than the song that's playing.

Overall, I loved the drama. The plot was very unexpected and meaningful. It was also very funny, and also very sad. I don't know if I would watch it again, just because there are surprising parts and well, they can't be surprising a second time can they?
