If you think one and only is slow, do not watch this one! it's not a continuation of one and only. It's just about reincarnation and finding true love in another lifetime. Other than that, there is no connection whatsoever. The casts (other than the main ones) are also different from one and only. The era is many gazilion years after one and only. So if you would like to skip this one, you're not missing anything. This has got to be the slowest drama that I've ever watched. I watched it in 1.5x speed and it still feels slow. In this one, Allen Ren's character is so timid and cowardice that i want to smack him in the head sometimes. Even after they're married, they don't act like a married couple - this i don't get at all. And the whole relationship is so unreal, especially since it's set in the modern period. There is very minimal conflict and until now i don't get who the antagonistic character is.
I think this is made especially for those people who hate the sad ending in One and Only, and would like to see the couple get together, which i totally understand. But this seems forced to me.
One and Only is so much better and in my opinion, you can watch it as a stand alone. I'm not one who hates sad ending. So it's fine for me. Sad ending is preferable than any open ending

Okay, so many people and reviews that I read told me that this does not end happy. For me, I don't care about sad ending. It's those sad ending ones that stays with you for years after you watch it, because it's just so emotional at the end, so it last longer in my memory (open ending is the one i hate!). Even though I've prepared myself for that last episode, it's still brings tears to my eyes. It's that forbidden love story element that gets me at the end. I thought both Bai Lu and Allen Ren did well in this drama. They portray the emotion so well that you feel their lost love pain. I would say don't be frightened with the sad ending, the story and acting itself is worth the journey. Beware though: it's a slow burn :) Esta resenha foi útil para você?

Awesome !! Interesting !!
Story - Even though we have few this troupe , This is some what different where I felt it would be good and continues in the real at least 10 or more minActors - I really Love all the characters and their acting , They all really look good in their outfits
Chemistry - The couples in the drama has good chemistry , may it be First or Second and I really Like when they have group in dramas and we have another best group here and the bamboo boy is too cute .
On the Whole the drama is light hearted where it concentrates on Individual characters than deep Revenge and the places in the drama is also good and Dust Demon stole my heart ( Cute <3 ) . The music with the scenes was wow , It is really cool and gave good feeling .

Mr Plankton or how to turn an awfully sad fate into a fun story.
At first you get some "uncontrollably fond" vibes but you quickly understand that it is totally different. This drama is like its main character, it does whatever it wants, it's never really serious and it literrally ends with him. You can like or dislike the end but it actually stays true to itself. You keep smilling even in teary moments,. Sometimes, you feel the sadness and the heartbreak but end up laughting...
You can like or dislike that but we have to recognize that it's a prowess and salute the actors skills.
Plus, the chemistry between the leads was good even when they were exes so it really didn't disappoint on the romance part.
A wee bit disappointed by the OST tho. It's a mini kdrama and what we've got is not bad but it feels like they didn't put in too much effort.

Not Your Typical ML
This story is different. Not your typical revenge drama nor your typical ML who is all righteous. He is a baddie. For me, a gray character.Ji Sung's acting was just wow. Now I know why people love his performances. He killed it as Kang Yo Han. Can't imagine anyone playing this character other than him. Kang Yo Han is someone who will do anything to achieve his goal. Even if it means taking the wrong means, he is ready to take it.
I get why Kang Yo Han hated those people from SRF. But that only reason wasn't so convincing for me. It would've been great if they were the real mastermind behind the fire incident. Also, it would've been great if they took revenge on individuals rather than altogether. The punishment he gave to criminals was unrealistic. But it was so pleasing to watch them get punished.
Kim Min Jung's acting was also great. She made me hate, feel annoyed by Jung Seon A. She is a perfect antagonist for our Kang Yo Han. The way she talks, or her mouth shapes irritates me a lot. I even watch interviews of her to see if she talks like that.
Honestly, the other character didn't impress me that much.
Laughed when Kang Yo Han called the Minister a street dog.
Loved how Kang Yo Han turned the table against big shots at the end of ep 6
Laughed Kang Yo Han & Kang Elijah relationship. The way he tried to talk to her nicely. I wish they showed more of their scenes.

Ai Ya! Huang Hou Niang Niang Lai Da Gong (2023) is a fantasy drama with a slight romance between the lead couple. The male lead Sun Yue as Huo Shao Ting | General Huo and the female lead Xu Yi Zhen as Rong Dai / Empress have good playful chemistry and some nice sensual romantic scenes. The miniseries has some editing issues and a mystery about her past to be solved but it needed more time for plot development. It becomes obvious that, at some point, the male lead has some level of past life consciousness that comes clear at the end. This drama doesn’t do justice to the main actors which did what they could but the plot is not well written. The drama intends to be more comedy and the end, although it is a happy ending, is rushed and vapid. Esta resenha foi útil para você?

Simply phenomenal!
A thoroughly enjoyable series, with excellent story, phenomenal acting and amazing cinematography. First up, the main leads… it was my first time watching Jing Tian and Feng Shao Feng, and both of them were spellbinding. With great, seasoned acting and awesome on-screen chemistry, they carried the show so well, I am dying to see more of their work, which I’ll be checking out after I finish writing this review. What do I say about Zhou Yi Ran!! I liked him in Falling into your smile, then loved him in When I fly towards you, and now this! He can be a pro-gamer, a shy and reserved high school nerd and pull these roles well, but to see him in a period drama, playing first the impulsive young prince, then an authoritative emperor, a heartbroken lover…well what do I say! He’s been phenomenal! I’ve seen him get better with every role he’s played and he is definitely going to make it big! I wish he tries out more varied roles in future. All the supporting actors added to the finesse of the drama, and made their roles memorable. I rarely watch something twice, but I am sure I’ll be watching this series again soon.Esta resenha foi útil para você?

Memorable performance by Xu Kai
This show would be as legendary for Xu Kai as Falling into your smile, or Arsenal Military Academy. His character, costumes, action scenes, and demeanour were simply perfect! He played a guy who was brave, considerate, loyal, super romantic and responsible, displaying every characteristic one ever wants to see in a male lead. As for Jing Tian, she looked super pretty and her acting was true to her character, appearing hot and cold, competitive, even with her love interest, but remaining loyal to him always. I read some comments saying the female lead appeared cold, and uncaring for the ML, but it could be justified seeing her background. She grew up without a mother, dressed up as a man, and trained as a soldier, trying to always hide her true identity, and was pitched against the ML several times due to his being from a rival camp. Even though I understand the character and that she did complete justice to it, one would have loved to see her warmer towards the ML. The second leads were super cute and adorable, though I found it irritating that the second FL almost always made the FL angrier with the ML. The devotion of the second ML towards his girlfriend was amazing and so likeable. Overall, it was a very watchable show with characters who were human at the end of the day.Esta resenha foi útil para você?

Beyond expectations!
What a heartwarming love story! I had this show in my watchlist for a long time, but I don’t know why, I never wanted to actually start it, I like both Tan Song Yun and Xu Kai, but I somehow didn’t quite like the idea of them being cast opposite each other. Now that I have finally finished this show, I can say that I stand corrected! Not only did hey look good together, they had a lovely chemistry and the romance didn’t disappoint at all. The beginning few episodes were not interesting enough, but the drama soon gained my interest. Tan Song Yun has had great chemistry with all actors she’s worked opposite, which shows her excellent acting skills. Xu Kai, on the other hand, has grown a lot as an actor since his older shows. He is an awesome eye candy, but he was more of that than ac actor before. I liked his acting a lot in Wonderland of Love, and he seemed to show emotions on his otherwise passive face in that drama. Likewise, here as well, he acted well and his growth as an actor was visible. Perhaps, the FL he’s cast opposite also has a part in bringing out his emotions well on screen. In both As beautiful as you and Wonderland of Love, he was cast opposite older FLs who acted very well, this might have had a positive effect on his acting skills as well. I loved him in Arsenal Military Academy as well, there again he was cast opposite Bai Lu whose acting skills don’t require an attestation by me. Overall, it was a beautiful and warm show with a lovely ending. The epilogue was excellent too, but the producers had to have one of them pass away, which I thought was unnecessary. We all know the reality of life, and we know people cannot live and die together, but we don’t need fictional characters to separate, since seeing them together forever is heartening for us viewers, making us believe in beautiful endings and happily everafters.Esta resenha foi útil para você?

FANGS OF FORTUNE: TALE OF LOSS, LOVE, AND RESILIENCE
Fangs of Fortune,” also known as Da Meng Gui Li (大梦归离), is an unforgettable Chinese drama that left me both heartbroken and deeply moved. The story follows a dedicated team of demon bureau hunters solving intricate cases while uncovering painful truths about the malicious acts of demon beasts. Along the way, they face immense responsibilities and devastating losses. At its heart, this is a story about unbreakable friendships and a love that endures, even in the face of great sacrifice.
The storytelling was gripping, even with its occasional flaws. I loved how the drama’s theatrical elements and like the symbolic use of staircases as spaces for reflection and confrontation gave it a unique and almost poetic quality. The balance between humor and the darker moments added richness to the narrative, ensuring it was never too overwhelming but still emotionally impactful.
The performances were exceptional. Neo You’s portrayal of his character was deeply nuanced and heartfelt, demonstrating a great range of emotion. His chemistry with the female lead and the other male characters was palpable, adding significant depth to the relationships throughout the drama. Lester Lin’s performance as the younger character was also remarkable his presence brought both innocence and complexity to the story.
Chen Duling’s character may not have been the best-written, but her quiet strength and maturity were portrayed with grace. While the drama had a male-centric focus, her moments of impact were meaningful and added emotional weight to the story.
The demon hunting team truly became the heart of the drama. Their camaraderie, banter, and shared pain felt authentic and made the audience invest in their journey. Watching their relationships evolve brought an extra layer of warmth to the drama.
The soundtrack was another highlight. Liu Yuning’s OST was exceptional it blended perfectly with the story, amplifying the emotional depth of key moments. The cast’s contributions, especially Neo You’s songs, added an additional layer of resonance, with each track complementing the drama’s tone and themes.
What stayed with me the most was the recurring theme that demons don’t fear death they fear losing those they love. It’s such a poignant and universal truth that resonated deeply. “Fangs of Fortune” wasn’t perfect, but its stellar performances, compelling world-building, and emotional depth make it one of my top ten dramas of all time. I’m so proud of this cast and hope they get the recognition they deserve and reunite for another well-written project. “Fangs of Fortune” is a drama that will stay with me for a long time, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who loves a tale of loss, love, and resilience.

Cheng Yi's acting is worth it. It made even Republican drama shine...
Usually I'm not a big fan of Republican drama, I'm more into Wuxia and Xianxia, costume dramas and sometimes modern. But Cheng Yi's acting is really worth it, because for a long time one of my favourite Cheng Yi's characters was his character from "Lost Tomb 2" Zhang Bu Xun.
Very touching and heartbreaking role.
"Deep Lurk" is a good rare example how low budget drama which was filmed 5 years ago can be so amazing.
Of course, Cheng Yi's acting and acting of other actors is one the main reasons for this.
Many people were desperate to see something new from Cheng Yi and I feel noone is disappointed. At least I'm not.
Drama is thrilling, fast paced, with lots of action. All the characters are highly intelligent and strong which makes it more interesting...
Heroism, Patriotism, Love, Family, War, Betrayal, good and bad, compassion, sacrifice for high cause...
This drama has everything to keep us excited, thrilled and satisfied.
This is a proof that even lower budget dramas can shine if actors and team are talented.
Watching it for Cheng Yi, but all the actors delivered amazing performance so far.
Script has lots of surprises, making all the My dramalist guess "Who is actually Kunwu?".
I can't wait for the new episodes to find out the secrets they will reveal to us.
Amazing drama...
Give it a try. You won't regret,
especially if you're fond of Cheng Yi acting.

Nothing special
There was nothing special about this series, although it could have been made better. Such a waste of talent, expecially for an international co-production. It had a slow pace, even for a short 12x 15 minute series.I dont understand why they gave such a title, when I see nothing eccentric about the romance. Apart from having cute guys in this series, the story line was also very weak, But because each episode was short, I just watched in anyway.
Here are my few comments:
1, Language. Why not just dub the whole thing in Korean? Although both main leads spoke naturally to each other in different languages, it seemed so strange. Also if the other guys were majoring in Thai, why dont they speak Thai? Or at least make some attempt to speak Thai, and show off to Jay.
2. Friends. The two main leads apparenly were close friends for 8 years. Where, when and how? In South Korea? In Thailand? In another country? Maybe the xcriptwriter did not think it was important enough to let let us know.
3. Romance. The romantic moments between the two main leads were so superficial. We never saw any development of their own feelings.
4. Mystery case. It had a nice plot twist. I could never suspect that the murderers were there two study group teammates. But the resolution was too easy. We just read the caption that both of them were arrested and that's it.
I only kept on watching this because Jay was cute and so was the gym guy. But I dont think I would rewatch it

Loved Loved Loved it!!!!
What can I say - I absolutely loved this drama. Unlike some others who had some quite interesting takes on it and then dropped it. I fell in love with the characters and the story. It drew me in to the point I ended up smashing out the 128 episodes in no time at all (not realising it was the last episode) and didn’t want it to end. Did I get bored with the retells of old memories - yes I did (just a little bit) but that was quickly remedied with the FF button hahaha.?Both Lead Actors were just brilliant in the way they portrayed their roles and there was a good chemistry between the 2.
The step-sister - you just love to hate her evilness and in the end - character development - just gotta love writers who do that. ♥️
The step-mum - yep you just get downright annoyed with her stupidity and jealousy. Although there was somewhat of a change - I still didn’t take to her character at all in this one. (Good writing) I did love the others though and all the actors were brilliant in it.
Loved it.
