To summarize, it was a drama I was glad I watched. It went uphills and downhills like most dramas do but remained true to its plot and characters. When we choose any drama to watch, we look for good chemistry, a nice plot, and some heart-touching moments. This drama passes on all the parts. What I liked about the drama was the ending which is generally hard to be perfected but this one has one of the most satisfying endings in my watchlist dramas.
It started with very strong plot possibilities and excitement, which made me wonder what would be the best possible route
I would like the plot to take. But after a few episodes drama works its magic and you fall into its flow of tone and instead of imagining all the scenarios, you just look forward to the drama.
The acting was the stronger aspect to look for in the drama as Im Joo Hwan totally nailed it. There were times I was frustrated by his character's decisions to continue the revenge and all but well his character is a killer and t would be strange if I understood all his decisions :)) . Even until the ending his character was well expressed.
What catches you most is the editing and drama style with great use of slow-motion and subtle scenes with equally good music in the background. The drama followed this way throughout the episodes and it engages you in the story more emotionally.
As all dramas have some backfall it does have its own. Well, the scriptwriting was done good but I was tired of hearing the same sentences again and again. It would have been great if they had been a little more creative while delivering the same dialogues.
As a drama junkie, I felt the chemistry between leads developed a bit faster than in other dramas. but they wrapped around it well enough because of the continuous plot which slowed down and picked speed but never stopped for fillers.
This drama was satisfying in many ways and made me look forward to the next episode every time. With a well-written ending and the last couple of episodes, it wraps up with a smile on your face and contentment filling your heart.

The taste this drama series leaves behind is unmatched by others. Reason being that no other drama has Han Seok Kyu as Dr. Kim in it. What I loved about the series is a mixture of new things they tried while keeping the fundamental good things the same as the first season. This drama made me wait for every week not because it had a lot of plot twists (which it does)not because it was hyped with cases and adrenaline pumped situations(which it was) but because of the value it gives to the profession which drama is all about. Of course many will compare it to the first season which isn't wrong but I think it holds its air around it.
Romance in the drama is sidelined with a lot of story progression which caused it to be slow but considering a medical drama we get enough to fill our belly. Ahn Hyo Seop(Seo Woo Jin) and Lee Sung Kyung (Cha Eun Jae) did a good job portraying their parts but what sets the drama aside from others is extra time support characters get which is rare in Korean dramas, And I have to admit, they nailed it. Drama is certainly well balanced based on screen timings and supporting actors did an awesome job of bringing living air to the drama. The setting does call for the third season where we hope to see dream combo of characters of both seasons.
It does seem like Chairman Do Yoon Wan as a one-dimensional character (like dude get some life). Well, we can't do much about villains. What excited me was the characters Dr. Park Min Guk and Dr. Shim Hye Jin which bring tension around the plot with their own intentions and fears or scars. The romance between Kim Min Jae (Park Eun Tak) and So Joo Yeon (Yoon Ah Reum) was a breath of fresh air. Many were waiting for Kim Min Jae's role and he fulfilled fans' wishes and fantasies(well a nurse could not be more handsome). So Joo Yeon did a great job lifting moods throughout the series.
+Yang Se Jung (Dr, Do in Bum) made a guest appearance (I am sorry I could not hold myself) He created so much nostalgia about first season that I was tempted into watching it again.

Music - Every time I hear 'Go away Go away' by Chanyeol and Punch, I get emotional but hyped as well. OST's of the drama are well suited with the serene scenes added by the crew. Every OST is owned by the drama.

Cinematography - Crew did an awesome job of editing and scenes. It shows throughout the drama. The cinematography was different than the first season which included many slow-motion shots (The feels!!). There were some who seemed unsatisfied by editing but according to me editing is well above average and handled nicely.
