Two Stars

Aish, I'm so bored during this one I'm pretty sure I could have slept through it, woken up after the first part and the ending of the episode and still figured out everything that happened with no help of viewing it.

Eh, the series has already dropped slightly…

Eh, the series has already dropped slightly for me... starting to feel like a bit of a yo-yo. He tells her that he has a serious job, she doesn't like he runs off to do his serious job, they break up, she's sent straight to him, she's head over heels again.... Really not sure how they're going to keep the drama going when it's already feeling like it's starting to lack but hoping it picks up cue episode three. Fingers crossed, because my rating has already dropped pretty low compared to the first.

Four Stars

I got given this drama randomly and so went into it with no understanding of what it was, what it was about, etc. I adore this. One episode in and this drama already looks to be an eight or nine out of ten. Hanasaki Mai is such a strong female lead - the best I've seen in my limited drama watching. This is funny, comedic, heart breaking but also so empowering. I cannot wait to sit back and binge more of this and enjoy myself fully.Already only one episode in and very, very high regard for this series.

Absolutely stunning first episode of a drama…

Absolutely stunning first episode of a drama - I'm not a massive drama fan and this has captivated me, stunned me and drawn me in. Usually, I struggle watching through dramas, even if I'm fully invested due to ADHD, but this has captured 100% of my attention and this episode went so fast! Definitely excited for this whole series.

This was so funny and sweet and really has me excited for the rest of the episodes to come and the idea of taking them back to 2002 and including clips and such from that time was really sweet. Really looking forward to this and what's to come for these six; SM really played it well with this one.

This feels a little shaky to start with; JiSung keeps repeating himself for the first minute, minute and a half but he manages to recover very well. The recovery is what catches my eye, makes me quite intrigued to learn more about him through the show and for the first time.

In the first episode of LOONA X Weekly Poem,…

In the first episode of LOONA X Weekly Poem, Hyun Jin reads "The Background Colour Grows Ever Beautiful" by Kim Hak Jung. This was beautiful. The gorgeous nature shots with the stunning background music gave this an ethereal feel as she read what was such a beautiful poem. This was an experience that painted a picture much more than what just reading the poetry could do alone; similar to the feelings of an audiobook. Utterly beautiful.

Calming

There's something about this specific special episode that's just so calming. Whether it's how Minseok speaks with us, soft and gentle in tone as he shows us, or the actual watching him folding the towels, or the background music of 24/7 - or all of it wrapped into one four-minute set - this is just relaxing. I actually wish that this was a bit longer to sit back and relax some with a full episode length. It's very mellow and almost feels as if you're on his couch as he shows you; there's something special when a show makes you feel like that. Very excited for the run of Special Hard Drive alongside the original show.

Fell a little flat after episode one

As much as I'm enjoying this drama and the pacing, the characters, pretty much everything about this, I can't help but already feel a little disconnected. As the plot continues onwards, it feels more like we've been dropped in the middle of a series without any back story nor explanations; so much so I actually checked to make sure I wasn't accidentally watching a sequel series without having seen the parent story. I'm a little disheartened by this, but I've noted from comments they tend to go into back story and such a little later on - I feel like they could have started that much earlier from the first episode, but other than this, I have no qualms. This is great and I'm really enjoying it; just a shame it feels a little disconnected from the audience.

Brilliant start

This is an awesome first episode for a drama. It shows us enough of the leads for us to begin to form opinions on them but also doesn't give too much of their stories away to keep us wondering who they are. There are moments where both leads are just super badass; Hyunjin is absolutely amazing and I cannot wait to see more of what her character has to offer. This drama has a lot of potentials and I haven't felt more drawn into something that isn't a horror medium in a long time. There are one or two things I would change, but overall, I'm definitely looking forward to it and seeing how this develops.

Easily the best episode so far of the season

Warning - spoilers, I guess if you view outlines of this show as a spoiler. For me, this was more than easily the best episode of Sim4U so far, and probably one of the best we'll ever get from the show. To see Minseok, who was so private and uneasy doing lives and such by himself to give us so much content where he is filming alone is one thing - but in this episode, he shows and introduces us to two of his non-idol friends who are not famous within the same capacity. The trust he shows for EXO-Ls, trusting us to not harass them and follow them around everywhere and on their social media, etc, is so immense and pure and this really shines in this one singular episode. Within fifteen minutes, Minseok shows us how much he loves and trusts the fanbase and for me, that's the most special thing about this series (so far, at least). Thinking on this episode always fills my heart with such a warmth that is going to make me tear up one day.

Best episode of the series so far

This was such a wonderful episode, recapping on how things had gone so far. It's amazing to see how much all of the characters and the plot has developed so far in such a short amount of time in the series. This episode was done so beautifully, especially with one of the scenes that it almost made me tear up once or twice. This has such an amazing standard for a children's show that it's even upped my expectations for some adult shows. This is truly a stand out series and I cannot wait to see how the last half of the show compares to this episode.

Five Stars

In the third episode of Ibul Bakkeun Wiheomhae and the final episode of series one, the homebodies relax on their final day of vacation as the series comes to a close.

Within this episode, we get to see the homebodies all become closer to one another, getting to know each other more through water volleyball and beer yoga, and have fun. They all get to show who they are throughout this episode, now that everyone is more at ease with one another, and everyone truly starts showing their true colours. It's obvious that they're having fun, that they're getting used to one another more and friendships are developing, and I think that's truly the whole charm of the show. To see the celebrities we look up to and love, and know that, they are out of their comfort zone, but they really are having fun together throughout the series in this small house.

This series ended with a really lovely touch, seeing them all together and laughing and truly enjoying each others company. It gives me hope for the second season, to see if those returning managed to keep their friendships, to see how they react to new people and to see if they've managed to adapt to not being as shy and awkward as they first were in the new show. This show truly brought about a new sub-genre to reality television, and it's a wonderful show to sit and binge through, and one I will gladly sit and rewatch.

Four Stars

In the second episode of Ibul Bakkeun Wiheomhae, one of the homebodies leaves the house, whereas Kim Minseok (EXO's Xiumin) and Jo Jung Chi come to join the party.

This was definitely the episode I was most looking forward to from Ibul Bakkeun Wiheomhae; for those who are aware, this is the Minseok VR episode, and it was definitely the one I had waited for with baited breath, almost. Within this episode, we get to see the homebodies become much better friends with one another, as well as beginning new friendships with Minseok and Jungchi, which are all heartwarming as it progresses onwards.

Watching everyone in this episode get together more, cooking together, being more active with one another and slowly coming out of their shells was heart warming. Seeing them all together, getting closer to one another and smiling, being themselves and such, all really brought some warmth to my heart.

This episode definitely holds a place in my heart throughout the entirety of season one, and it definitely brings a fond smile to my face thinking about it.

Absolutely Hilarious

In the second episode of EXO Next Door, we get to discover the story of how EXO moved into the small neighbourhood they are currently gracing with their presence. Following the storyline from the first episode, the story flows through well enough, without too much backtracking from the first episode; this itself was really well done in a way that allowed for the story to progress a lot more than I was expecting it to.

This episode, again, had a little bit of a cringe element to it. There were a few scenes that made me a little uncomfortable and made me consider turning it off, and it's a shame. I was hoping for that to go down more than the last episode, but ultimately, I think it was around the same amount. However, the pure hilarity of Baekhyun and Sehun in this episode definitely made it one of my favourite episodes so far; I fell off my seat laughing at that one scene, and that is more than enough for me to rate this much higher than the last episode.

Episode 2 definitely brings around some more of the storyline, increases the hilarity of the series so far, and definitely ends it with a good laugh. This is definitely one of the best episodes of the series, and I'm saying that only two episodes in. This was brilliant.
