16 is not a magic number
This should have ended at episode 12.. But it is forgivable because it was 2021. Possibly less number of international users watching kshows perhaps so it was mandatory to have 16 episodes perhaps? - if there is a Korean mythology that says 16 is magic number, I want to know. If it has ended at 12, it's value would have gone up considerably. It was fun watching it though. Just don't expect anything after episode 13 , at most.

Rewatchable
KDramas are great but (for me at least) most of them are not rewatchable. This one is.Kim Dong Wook shines. He doesn't stray from character.
I would have liked this without personal story of Kim Dong Wook intermingled but you can't have just one season without personal story.
Teamwork pictured is very believable AND enjoyable.
Setting of police station, where it is located, becomes a character to some extent. I liked that.
They had to rush it in the end which was pity.
Overall very enjoyable (with tiny nuggets of information which I appreciated).

A good enough thriller
It was enjoyable 2 hours. I didnt notice how they went by. I enjoyed it. This is a watch-from-distance movie. That means none of the characters develop mainly because its about one particular case. Its completely dependent on what happens in the field so even though pace is pretty good, we never find out anything about characters. Just a superficial thing or two. So you cannot invest in them. The acting has no scipe because there are no incidents where it can be portrayed. The one place where it can be, either director did not give enough tome or main cast failed.
But it still is an enjoyable movie.

Good to watch but with fingers crossed
A good drama. Both leads stay in their lanes till the end. I think for me that was the appeal. But towards the end, I kept my fingers crossed because I didn't want my time spent on this drama to be wasted by usual predictable end. But alas it was. If writers had tried little harder, they could have given much better end to this. Or maybe they wanted but couldn't. EIther way, yes, without spoiling it completely, if you suspect the end then you can be reasonably certain that it is.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
Nothing special
I wanted to watch this for "Kim So Yeon" but I am on 6th episode and it's becoming difficult. One of the main reason is it's from 2015 - a time when world may not be watching and therefore not commenting on kdramas. They were made for just Korea. So they could be patriarchal to such an extent that in normal circumstances\now, behaviour of male lead would make it impossible to come back from. And female lead is more submissive than a doormat. I am still going to try to watch it till the end but maybe after break of few weeks\months maybe.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
Not even little bit of effort to change the trope
Romantic Kdramas more often than not are about childhood love story. It's been done hundreds of times and will be done hundreds of times again. What makes the different is acting and even tiny bit of deviation. Unfortunately, this has neither. It just rode kdrama wave. Both leads wanted to look perfect which they went overboard with. I many times had trouble believing they were same actors. From first sight of leads all I could remember was Glutathione. Hope they do better dramas in future. I would have loved to be able to bare and watch more episodes but just couldn't.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
