Season 1 sets the bar high since it was in itself perfect in every way yet with each subsequent season the story, acting, casting and rewatch value gets even better. Season 3 sees Daimon Michiko develop even more as a character. In season 1 she was the very self assured surgeon that could perform outrageous surgeries. Season 2 we saw her do even more innovative and outrageous surgeries with the same level of confidence. Season 3 she shows she knows her limits but will come in to save the day when lesser surgeons try to do what she does best which is to skilfully throw out the last lifeline a patient has for survival.
