Reading the synopsis before watching the actual movie got me kind of confused since I'm not that much into surrealism or fantasy. But since I'm a huge fan of Kang Dong Won, I wanted to give the movie a try. Although the plot had some pretty childish aspects, in my opinion it still ended up being seriously interesting and original. The visual effects were stunning and so was the filming site. The child actors were amazing - just as always in Asian movies. And loved I Kang Dong Won beforehand or not, after this movie I would anyway. Although the story was overall very beautiful and enjoyable, especially closer to the end it seemed to me that there were some errors with the story itself. Also I'm not sure if the ending was the best possible, although it could had also been way worse. The music was okey, but didn't really catch my attention. Would I recommend this movie - I would, as long as you're open to something different!
