A masterpiece.

This is a masterpiece.

Unlike some historical Chinese dramas I have seen, so far this drama has been consistent since Episode 1. This has made me giggle, think, laugh, cry. Superb acting from the leads. It’s my first time to watch Chen Yi, btw.

Life is indeed a choice. But sometimes, we ourselves are forced by situations to have choices opposite of what we could really do. There are so many life lessons in this drama, and I am so glad the cinematography is good.

I am really hoping that this would end happily. ❤️
