i didn’t expect it to be this dark and complex, but seriously, it’s a masterpiece. Lusi’s acting is spot-on, and Li Yuning is fantastic. The storyline is incredible—not a single boring episode. And that intro scene with her diving into the sea? Stunning, like a real-life Little Mermaid. I’m lowkey obsessed with the cinematography; every shot is so crisp, dreamy, and feels like art in motion. Duanwu is so brave and beautiful. From Episode 1 to 4, I’m an emotional wreck—just give Duanwu a break, please! ?
