At first I'm not into watching this season unlike IPD or Qing2 but I gave it a try anyway because Shuxin was youth tutor and I heard that the9 would coming, and well I kinda miss Li Ronghao as vocal mentor, his dynamic with ZYX and MC Jin back then were great, and I kinda had no activities for months because of pandemic
the show was actually quite okay, I'd still choose this compare to Korean produce series
performance wise were good, and I love the idea of 1.5 I Want Stage after 2.5 studio version stage in previous season
and theme song was good

Chris Lee, as PD, at first, I mean during company evaluation I just kinda eh, she's so easily to give trainee an A unlike the previous season PDs, and I found her words kinda contradicting with how she easily gave several trainees an A but S1H, who performed really well even better than some trainees who got A, got B instead, though in the end he got A for theme song evaluation
and how some trainees in A class after reevaluation still got A kinda confusing, when WNJ or YHM were better than them (idk if it's her or teacher Jiang)
but after several episodes I found her genuinely become the cool sister figure for them
Lisa, iqiyi wanted her for international clout like last season, too bad she's not physically there and I found her less strict than she was in previous season
Li Ronghao was great as ever and I love the dynamic between LRH-PWB-LYC

tbh after 1st elimination I just watch it for my faves and the performances as it really way too focus on "center drama" it's just putting off
and while I'm not really into it, it's just sad that the show ended abruptly
