I've just finished watching Hello Ghost and I can't help but write this while the emotions are still fresh.

The story is interesting. It starts with a somewhat serious issue of wanting to end oneself's life then continues to the more supernatural and comedic side of the story, slowly trying to subtly show wonderful things when alive. (Or at least that was what it seemed to me.) The story is not so much a predictable one, especially the ending. The ending has the ability to make one go WHOOOAAAAAAA and it is the exact same reason as to why I gave the re-watch value a low mark. Stories such as this can lose its beauty the second time watched because the element of surprise is not there anymore.

The acting of the actors are well done, especially Cha Tae Hyun. I love how "flexible" his face is. He is able to show just the right face to make the scenes really funny. It also adds to the charm of this movie.

Music isn't overly done and is put just to the right places to enhance the feelings the scene can evoke to audience.

That almost two hours of watching this is definitely worth it.

This movie left such a deep impression to me that I can't help but write this. Sunny is a very touching tale about a group of people who proved that a long time away from each other cannot break the bond between friends.

This movie shows the bond of seven different kinds of people. They have different dreams, interests, and yet their friendship is so beautiful. It's the kind of friendship that makes you brave and feel at ease because you know your friends are trustworthy and worth keeping. Theirs is a story that could make one feel nostalgic, no matter how old or young one may be.

Now, there may be some who, like me, may be shocked by the amount of cursing here, but once one got over it, it doesn't matter anymore. It even adds to the humor of the film.

The cinematography is done well. It shifts from the present to the past of the characters and the transitions are done very smoothly through the use of tricks in the camera. Moreover, the changes/development and feelings of each character are greatly emphasized with this.

I cannot describe how satisfied I am by the acting of everyone, especially the teen and grown-up actresses for the members of Sunny. Well executed, indeed.

The songs played in the movie are well chosen. The English songs that are used are the kind that my parents love to listen to so I'm delighted to hear them here. They match the atmosphere the story is making.

Everyone should give this a try. A story of a timeless friendship is always refreshing to watch. I'd love to re-watch this, no matter how many times, with the presence of friends who I'd love to share this story to.

There really comes a time when you will encounter a truly beautiful work and I can consider Orange Days as one of those. Orange Days is a captivating and heartwarming series that showed the wonders of love, friendship, and dreams for the future.

It is great to watch the smooth development of the story unfold before your eyes. It may not have much of those cheesy scenes unlike some other dramas, but the romance scenes here are sweet, and innocent, in my opinion, if I may add. The friendship between the five characters are good, too! The story made me think of my future again. Somehow, watching this makes me feel nostalgic.

I really commend the actors and actresses for being able to portray their roles very well. It's a well-chosen cast. I wondered how long it took them to be able to learn some sign language because it seems that they're good at it, especially the lead characters. Oh, and it's great that they have chemistry, too!

This series doesn't have that of a memorable music, in my opinion, but I actually don't care that much about it because the great story and acting compensated for it. In any case, it's simple and just suits the scenes where it's played.

I'll definitely re-watch this someday! It's worth it to watch and I bet it'll be worth it to re-watch.

I give this a 9.5 because of the great time I had while watching it. I was a bit hesitant to watch it at first, but I didn't regret trying it. I really recommend it to everyone. It'll be too bad to miss watching something as precious as this.

So far, this is one of the best movie adaptation of a manga/anime that I've watched. I'm really glad that they gave justice to the manga and anime.

The story goes just as how the anime and manga go, only having a bit of change by the ending. Just a bit. But, yes, it's just as good as to what it adapted from. The movie managed to show the innocence and simplicity of the story. I think this is really what makes it look like an elegant one to me.

I'm really hands down to the cast that they chose. Really. Mikako Tabe and Haruma Miura are really suited for their roles. They did an awesome job portraying Sawako and Kazehaya. The actresses who acted as Chizuru and Ayane are great, too! I have to admit that the similarities in the appearances of the casts with the characters of the manga is what really made me amazed in it. But, yes, all portrayed their characters very well.

I really loved the music.

When reminiscing the high school days or innocence of youth or the hopes in love, this is good to re-watch.

This movie didn't disappoint me and I'm sure glad of that, for I am a fan of both the manga and anime, if it isn't obvious enough. Those who are looking for a simple but good movie to watch, this should be added to your list. However, if you're tired of high school romance, skip this one. Anyway, for me, this is worth watching.

Skip Beat! is one of my favorite anime/manga that's why I was really nervous for this one. I was afraid that it wouldn't give justice to the manga, but I was so glad that it turned out to be good.

The story was still the same with a little bit alterations here and there. One of these is the importance they gave to Mr. Du, Dun He Lian's manager. His character is a truly likable one. He supports his talent in everything and, of course, even Gong Xi. He is amusing because he is the one who always teases Lian and the one who, in a way, became a bridge for them to get closer. In this adaptation, Lian is kinder, though his professional aura is still there. In addition, they threw two characters who are for laughs, but I think they should not have added them because they're just flat characters.

The ending is left open, inviting questions, but I guess it's because the manga was (and still is) ongoing, However, I think it's wrapped up nicely that it isn't irritating that it left the viewer to his imagination of what could have happened to the characters.

There might be exaggerated scenes, but remember that this is adapted from a manga. The scenes aren't even that exaggerated compared to its original source. Anyway, I just wished that they animated the "animated" parts better, like the Gong Xi demons, because they may make some cringe.

With regards to the acting, in my opinion, Siwon and Donghae did a good job portraying Dun He Lian and Bu Po Shang, respectively. I wasn't really expecting much from them since I only saw them as singers and dancers of Super Junior (I love them, BTW), so I was surprised of the act they did. Though Siwon didn't show a menacing or scary enough Lian, at least he managed to deliver the emotions well. Donghae, with all his adorableness, showed a truly likable Shang because of his portrayal, though I thought he didn't have that much air of pride as he should have had. Anyway, it's such a shame that it is obvious that their voices are dubbed.

Ivy Chen, on the other hand, portrayed Gong Xi well, but I feel like it being a live action made it difficult to show fully how and who her character is. Also, she had some expressions which looked unnatural... or quite not right. Another notable character is Qin, who was portrayed very well by Bai Bianca. Her interactions with Gong Xi was pleasant to see because their friendship was clearly seen.

Of course, there is Mr. Du as well. Part of why his character became likable is, of course, because of the actor. The child who acted as Marie was good, as well! The other casts did acceptable to good jobs.

I love all the songs in this drama. The opening is catchy and is giving a good vibe, exactly like a good beginning. The ending song gives me a nostalgic feeling, just the right emotion I feel whenever something is coming to a close. The other insert songs and some instrumentals are placed just at the right moments to enhance the feels of the scenes.

In all honesty, I couldn't remember how many times I've re-watched this series already. I guess I've really became attached to it. Anyway, perhaps this is good to re-watch whenever one just want to feel good or stare at the handsomeness of Siwon and Donghae.

This is fun to watch, especially if you are able to disregard the exaggerations and some poor animation.

I recommend this to:
- those who want some lighthearted/rom-com shows
- fans of Skip Beat! ('cause you may want to give this a try)
- fans of Super Junior (particularly of Siwon and Donghae)

Sukitte Ii Na Yo is your typical shoujo story. There's the popular guy, the average girl, the other friends with their own love stories, the guy friend-slash-love rival, and the pretty girl who likes the main guy.
It's a story that you are certain on how it would end. One could only hope for something special that makes it different from others, but I found none. In short, it's predictable and ordinary. Everything felt rushed and there were a lot of things happening, but it still can bore those who are seeking for thrilling or heart-moving films. Moreover, there was something in the ending part that isn't logical to happen. (You'll see when you watch it.)

This movie sells itself as a romance film, but the romance itself isn't good. It doesn't warm the heart of a viewer. (Or is it just me?) There is too little interaction between the main characters to explain how they fell for each other.

Fukushi Shota is clearly an eye candy, but his acting is lacking. It didn't feel like he's a guy in love. Kawaguchi Haruna looked awkward all throughout the film. I'm not sure if the problem lies in the writing or the way they were directed or their acting skills themselves, but I agree with what others say: they have no chemistry. Even when a lot of things happened already, they still looked like they just met the other day.

If there were characters I at the very least liked, they were Kenji and Aiko and Masashi. They had their screen time, but even those were only brief moments. The rest of the cast were fine.

The music isn't overly done and is pleasant to hear.

I'd rather watch other films in my plan-to-watch list or re-watch better films than watch this again.

I daresay you watch this just when you have a lot of time to waste or you might mourn over the time you could have spent watching better films or an episode or two of a drama series.

I admit that the reason I watched this is because of Hongo Kanata. I guess you can add the reason that I actually like the anime Prince of Tennis. (Yes. Just there and let's not go over Shin Prince of Tennis because... ugh.) I approached this movie, ready to face anything that's going to be offered to me. And here's what I got...

The story is still about the tennis prodigy Echizen Ryoma, the team he had in Seishun Gakuen or Seigaku, and, tennis games, of course. The ending is the episode 68 of the anime, so imagine how big a chunk of the original story was gone to fit this in an almost two-hour film. The district preliminaries and prefectural tournament were skipped, so the tournament showed was the Kanto regionals.

It is good that they managed to show each of Seigaku regulars' signature moves. It is also good that there are games because, after all, this is about Echizen whose life revolves around tennis and this is truly a sports show. However, the bad side of these is that all the characters lack depth.

I hoped to see Ryoma's relationship with the other members, how he would become one of them, but it wasn't shown. The longer interaction he had was with Tezuka and with Kaidoh and those were also matches. In the end, what I saw was an arrogant Ryoma who desires to become stronger, same as the one from the beginning of the movie, and it ends there. The rest of the characters were also flat. Even if I got a glimpse of the past of the movie-only characters Egate Mcleod HIgaki and Higaki Shioin, they still lacked some depth, though I think Egate was the better, though still not fine, character than Echizen himself here.

I have to give the writers a nod for deciding to make a movie-only character for the ending. Had they followed the anime/manga, the ending would be Ryoma's game with Wakashi Hiyoshi. Although that was a good one, it wouldn't show much of Ryoma's struggling. (I felt like I was watching his game with Akutsu when Egate showed his playing style.)

Shioin's character kind of irked me because she replaced Ryuzaki Sakuno. (Yes, I'm a fan of RyoSaku.) Anyway, she's the type of character that was better off the story, but I think that she was placed there so that the other Higaki wasn't as flat as the other characters.

With regards to acting, I think they range from bad to acceptable. I think Hongo Kanata captured Echizen's arrogance. Shirota Yuu lacked the strictness and coolness and seriousness of Tezuka. The actor who acted as Egate did a fine job becoming an irritable character. The actor who portrayed Atobe also lacked arrogance.

The background music played in matches suit the atmosphere as it feels like being challenged or having the need to overcome something or preparing for something big to come. The ending song was fine.

A once in a lifetime experience of watching this is more than enough.

Overall, the story is rushed and the characters suffer from lack of development and depth. There's nothing noteworthy in acting and music. Watch this if you're an avid fan of the series who doesn't like missing out on anything related to PoT. Watch this if you can bear with exaggerations of this sports' games. Watch this if you can't bear to miss anything of Hongo Kanata or Shirota Yuu. Otherwise, don't.

One of the shows that will always have a special place in my heart. This is the stepping stone of when I started venturing the world of K-dramas.

Goong shows touches of political issues, romance, friendships, and what have you. I don't really know if it follows the story of the manhwa, but it's good and interesting. Problem is, though, I don't think it really had much development. There isn't much character development, too! There are some points where it is draggy, though, but the good cinematography compensated for it.

Despite some draggy parts, though, I guess what really made this loved by a lot of viewers is the cute and fun scenes of the characters and, of course, the romantic scenes or the scenes of the leads with the ones who are not meant for them. I, myself, enjoyed Chaegyung's scenes with Yul (most especially because I cheered for him).

The cast are great, especially the leads. It is said that they were newcomers, then, but when I first watched Goong, it didn't feel like it was their first time. Yoon Eun Hye was really great especially in crying/sobbing scenes. Joo Ji Hoon also did a great job portraying the cold prince who has a warm heart yet didn't know how to express it. Eun Hye and Ji Hoon has chemistry, in my opinion, and that really makes their scenes squeal-worthy and fun to watch.

Kim Jeong Hoon is also good, although when I was watching the show, I felt like there was something lacking in his acting. Song Ji Hyo is also good, but I felt the same way as I was with Jeong Hoon's acting. In any case, the other cast did very well, even those who played as Chaegyung's and Shin's friends.

I really loved the music of this show. All of them are memorable to me. They are effective in creating the mood. Or at least for me.

Since this holds a place in my heart, I'd love to re-watch this someday, especially when feeling nostalgic.

This is a good show. The efforts of the crew behind the cameras can clearly be seen. I recommend this to:
- those who can tolerate the palace scenes (or more like, the conversation)
- those who like watching cold guys falling for bubbly girls
- those who are bored (because this may pass as something entertaining, although it may depend on the kind of person you are)
- those who are aspiring actors/actresses (because, y'know, the main characters are newcomers yet they managed to make this a well-known show)

First of all, I have to say that what I was able to watch was Hana Yori Dango Final (Director's Cut). I don't know how different that is from the theatrical cut, but, yeah, I'm reacting on what I've watched.

The story is a good one although I found some scenes boring. I guess it's most probably because it's not really edited and cut much. Still, it's good to be a wrap-up of the story. All the actors did good jobs and that is really important.

The music goes well with whatever is shown.

I don't think I would want to re-watch this much.

For me, this is a good movie. Of course, it's recommended for those who watched the series because just watching the end of the second season is not enough.

As a fan of the anime series, I say that this isn't so bad.

I felt that it quite doesn't have the suspense whenever there's kidnapping cases. It is shallow and predictable. It isn't as mysterious as it should be. It isn't as exciting to watch [as it is in the anime]. But I liked how wrong I was when I thought of how Shinichi would deal with the last problem. It kind of surprised me.

While I was watching this, I thought that Oguri Shun was charming. His acting was good though he doesn't have the perkiness the Shinichi of the anime has. Aside from him, the other one I consider to be memorable was the actor of Mouri Kogoro who I thought portrayed him well. His facial expressions and voice were amusing. And he resembles him, too!

There are some of the music of the anime used and it's nice to hear them here. It gives the feels.

I don't think I'll re-watch this soon, though. If I want to see Shinichi, I'd rather watch the anime or catch up and read the manga.

Anyway, it's passable to watch whenever you don't have anything to watch. It's also nice to watch if you're an avid fan of the anime/manga series because you'll get to see the characters alive and because you're an avid fan; you never miss out anything related to your loved series! However, this may bore some. Don't watch this if you're looking for a mysterious one that will make you think hard.

Bokura Ga Ita has always been a favorite manga of mine. I loved its anime version, too! That's why I was looking forward to watching this movie adaptation, too! (Watching Ikuta Toma is a plus. Hihi.)

Although I would've given the manga's story a 9 while the anime's an 8, I gave this one a 7 because this movie, when watched by those who are not aware of the manga/anime or haven't read the manga or watched the anime yet, didn't really manage to make the audience grasp the feelings the scenes should have shown. It's really because of the fast pacing. If the manga and anime have fast pace in this part of the story, the movie's way faster. It felt like I was fast forwarding the scenes myself. (The fast [romance] pace in this part of the story's what I actually dislike in the series.) Regardless, though, I have to say that I didn't get bored while watching this. I actually kinda liked how they showed the past.

Ikuta Toma's acting is good, although like what some people said, his "atmosphere" is different from the actual Yano showed in the manga and anime. Just looking at the movie, though, it's not that much of a problem since his Yano is still good. The girl who acted as Nana-chan is tolerable. I agree with what others said that they don't have much chemistry and I blame that again for the fast pace.

I'm kind of disappointed with the Take here. I actually love that character, but the movie doesn't show much of him. The girl who acted as Yamamoto is good.

I liked the music all throughout the movie.

There's a big possibility that I'll re-watch this, most especially because I really originally love the series.

Overall, for me, this is a good movie. I liked the cinematography. The story's just... really fast. But the scenes after the "ending" of this part is what I'm really looking forward to. This part is good, but the later parts should be better. (And I really hope the part 2 of the movie gives justice to them.) I agree with what others said that this should have been made into a drama instead of a movie with two parts because that way, the feelings and thoughts of the characters could've been given more emphasis.

In any case, people who love BGI should give this a try. Also, those people who like innocent high school romance stories may like this.

This is one of that movies that, when asked, I would say, is simply beautiful. The story of one of the main leads having a disease isn't original, but how the story of the main leads go in this movie is really good. I think it could really be described as "inspiring".

The acting is very good. Despite that, I don't think anyone stood out in acting, though. They are up to standard, but not to the point that they'll be immediately added as one of your fave actors. That's my opinion only, though. Anyway, it's good to know that Yui, one of my favorite Japanese singers, could act well.

If there's one thing that I would miss after watching this movie, it's the music. I really loved the music in this movie. Add the fact that I loved the meaning of the songs played.

This is definitely one of those movies that I'd love to re-watch.

This is a very good movie. I really think this is worthy to be added in the list of those movies you want to have a marathon with.

I decided to watch this movie because I'm intrigued of why it received so many praises from different people and because I wonder how good Song Joong Ki is since I hadn't watched any of his shows. Now, after watching the movie, I'm more excited to watch Innocent Man and Speedy Scandal because of the protagonists.

STORY: Rated it 9 because there are other supernatural/fantasy type of movies that somehow has this concept. Or something. However, the plot of this one is really done well. (I actually kind of hesitated watching at first because of "werewolf". Kinda got suspicious that he'd be like Jacob of Twilight. Sorry, Twilight fans.)

The start might be a bit slow, but it's bearable. Everything that happened really contributed to the development of the plot and the characters. The changes that happened in the characters are not exaggerated. The ending... for me, it's really something that gives a great impact. I couldn't think of any better way to end the story. The ending just satisfies everything that happened. (Although I really think that that is not for everyone's liking.)

ACTING/CAST: This is really a 10. The cast is very well-chosen. The various emotions an audience could feel while watching the show won't be possible if it weren't for the casts who portrayed their characters -- from the main casts to the minor casts -- very well. I really want to mention Yoo Yeon Seok. It's because his acting really made me want to go inside the show and strangle him to death. Although others are able to do that, too, for someone I just knew, that's really good. Park Bo Young did very great, too! She, along with the not only handsome but also great Song Joong Ki, made the whole movie lovable and so worthy to watch. Song Joong Ki... I can't describe his acting in the movie using words. "Great" may be an understatement. (Or I may be biased.) His acting in this one is just so awesome.

MUSIC: Other than that one certain song which Suni played, there are no other songs in the movie. And that's a beautiful song with a good message. For a melodrama, it's good that the music isn't overly done. It's actually one of the great points of this movie, too; it didn't need a really dramatic song for the audience's emotion to be provoked out; the casts' acting made up for it. That's how great their acting are. Anyway, the other sound effects are good and just matches well with the scenes.

REWATCH VALUE: 9. This will be good to re-watch, but with the knowledge of how everything will turn out, I probably will just re-watch this once in a while, when I'm feeling nostalgic or something.

OVERALL: The visual effects are not that grand, but it's not really too bad. The plot is great. The acting is superb. Music is good.

If someone wants to watch something that will make him lighthearted after the watch, skip this one because, well, this is a melodrama. :P
However, I truly recommend this movie to everyone. 2 hours and 5 minutes will not be wasted, I am sure!

(Sorry if I didn't get to be objective. OTL)

Watching this drama reminds me of a lesson in life:
"The higher the expectations, the bigger the disappointment."

I have never been so proud of myself for being able to finish a drama. Seriously. After months of pushing myself to finish this one (because, as much as possible, I don't want to drop a drama unless I really, really don't like it), I managed to watch the last two episodes of this drama yesterday.

Yes, I'm a fan of Yoon Eun Hye, too, and she's the main reason why I decided to watch this, aside from the fact that my friend was spazzing over LTM after finishing it. I had high hopes for this one. I started watching it without knowing the comments of other people aside from that of the certain friend of mine and, well, after watching an episode after another, I found myself finding it difficult to watch the next.

I didn't know that they changed scriptwriters until just a few moments ago. I guess that's the reason for whatever happened to the story which didn't really appeal to me. Although I have to admit that there are scenes that I found cute.

Yes, the leads have chemistry, but I found myself cringing at their cheesiness halfway through the show. The side characters aren't even developed and seemed to me like they just existed for display. Err... at least I had someone who kept me watching it -- Park Hoon. (And it's not even because the actor's good or anything, but because I found him cute; I had to find something to look forward in seeing in order to finish this.)

It's a given that YEH is a superb actress. It was my first time watching Kang Ji Hwan and, in my opinion, he's a good actor. The other casts are good, too, but there was something in Soon Joon's and Jo Yoon Hee's that seems lacking to me. Or I guess that's just because of their parts in the script.

In my opinion, the soundtracks are good. I especially liked Goodbye, Really Goodbye by M to M.

I don't really think I will re-watch this. Not even after 5 years or so. Or maybe I could re-watch the "cola scene", but... yeah.

Overall, this is a fair show. There's nothing special in the story. I guess those who are new to watching dramas will like this. Or those who generally like rom-coms. Or those who can tolerate cheesy situations.

I say my good luck to those who plan to watch this series. :)

There are more happenings in this season as compared to the first. There are more problems and such so it's more interesting. Even so, the story's flow is still as smooth as the first season. It's quite a cliffhanger though, since the real closure of the series is shown in the movie, if I'm not mistaken. Anyway, there may be scenes found in the Taiwanese and Korean (not sure about the Chinese one since I haven't watched it yet) versions that are not showed here, but it's all right.

Oguri Shun's scenes here are many, so his acting skill is more shown here. Matsuda Shota and Abe Tsuyoshi got more screen time, too. For me, it's important that they have their good share of screen time because, after all, their roles are part of F4. I found Kato Natsuki's Shigeru adorable. Anyway, the two leads' chemistry is more evident in this season. They're all actually better in this one.

I loved the music in this season, too! Especially the opening song (again).

If I'd re-watch the first one, of course, I have to re-watch this, too!

This is really good drama. It's worth watching, in my opinion.
Recommended to:
- those who watched the first season, of course!
