The butterflies in my stomach are happily dancing as well

Among the several short Korean BLs that I’ve watched, this one definitely stood as one of the top. I am amazed to see a concept of a debtor and collector that can be turned into such romantic storytelling. In the span of eight mini-episodes, I am totally satisfied and enjoyed it a lot.

The red thread of fate, their home, the feeling of being alone, the podcast, and the things that connect them have executed cleverly. These elements make the drama emphasize that little things can be someone’s big part of life. Both of them are used to being alone but didn’t admit feeling lonely not until they hit them one day. I just wished that the story may also look why Mr. Loan Shark didn’t finish college. Although, the show gives us a hint regarding him used to play piano in the past.

The big reason why I am head over heels from this drama is simply because of how fascinating the main leads are; both in their visual physique and their excellent acting performances. Choo Young Woo playing the role of the debtor Song Shi On has explicit the quality of being a fully prepared actor. His dancing skill was really great and helps the show to be uplifted since the title itself talks about dancing. He was also cute in expressing his facial gestures when having a moment with his love partner.

On the other hand, I fell in love with Won Hyun Hoong’s role as Jin Hong Seok -the handsome debt collector. He is so sexy! The way he acts as a cold and stiff guy is so manly but it will make you scream every single time you see him smiling and being fluffy. His face totally wins it but becomes more excitingly attractive the moment he showcases his physical build, I lose it and Oh My Goodness! In short, he captured my heart.

Both of them have a strong chemistry that made them such a perfect couple. I don’t feel any kind of cringe moments or awkwardness from their romantic scenes, unlike how I usually feel from some Korean BLs. The characteristics of the role they portray really fits like it was their own. Indeed, an ultimate act from two gorgeous boys.

And yes, they’re kissed several times! Probably beat some on-screen kisses from various famous Korean shows in history hahaha. I am exaggerating this because THEY ARE REALLY GREAT. Those intimate, arousing, inviting, gratifying, and full of hotness kissing scenes. The bed scene they did was short but intense, I repeated it several times. Till now, I keep replaying it from my mind hahahaha.

My only regret from watching this show is me deciding to watch it too late. I hated myself for ignoring it before but am still grateful that I managed to binge-watch the whole episodes in one sitting. You Make Me Dance is the short Korean BL that makes me feel well-pleased for a show once again.

Highly Recommended for someone who is looking for a light yet meaningful romantic love story.
