There is more of a musical accuracy for sure though, Symphonys romance is an Adaptation of Nodame Cantiable so it will obviously be for more lighter audience. : )

So its complicated, first of all China is much modern than Thai dramas which I have watched but the similar storyline there since , PCKNMCPW is based off the same drama/book that Begin Again is made off of. There will definitely be changes as the second couple storyline is definitely going to be more developed both secondary couples are already cute anyways.
