A Crime Thriller with a Edge!!

This show was totally not on my radar and I’m still awestruck by the intricacies in this crime thriller!

Adapted from the novel “Snow White Must Die” by Nele Neuhaus, the show has an ensemble casting which includes Byun Yo Han, Go Jun, Go Bo Gyeol, Kim Bo Ra in lead roles. The opening credits of the first episode might seem slightly confusing but as the plot moves on, we are treated to a cryptic murder mystery that has been stretched over a decade, with the characters seemingly trying their level best to unravel the secrets surrounding the dual murder. The pilot episodes are quite cautious in introducing the characters partially; we still don’t have much information about the victims or their circumstances while the real murderer might still be on the loose. The show portrays the main lead, Go Jeong U as someone who was stuck by circumstantial evidence, he doesn’t remember anything about the murders that he supposedly committed; as he was drunk and the psychiatrists tagged his scenario as a “Blackout” (which conveniently worked out for the policemen because they could close the case, even though the corpses were never recovered). Let’s dig deeper and learn more about the characters!
