I decided to watch this since I like the premise and ended up liking it quite a lot.

I think what makes this show so enjoyable are the fitting casts and interesting character dynamics. Ding Yuxi is so charming as Mu Sheng / Mu Ziqi. I also like Zhu Xudan portrayal as Mu Yao, she really gives off that big sister energy.

The CGI, costume, and overall visual are better than what I expected as well.

Story is pretty good in the first half and then fell short especially after episode 23, it's not a deal breaker though since this is what happen to literally 98% of drama these days.

Even though I don't like the journey leading to it, I still like the ending. Execution leave much to be desired, but the ending does explain a lot of stuff and makes the story more cohesive, so overall not too bad.

Overall it's a decent light drama and is an enjoyable watch.
