Day is acting like an insufferable brat

I have got questions? Why does Day hate his brother? The brother seems to care and is trying to help him , why is Day giving him a cold shoulder and treating Night like he is some sort of villain? Anyway it’s just the first episode so I’m yet to find out why. But I don’t have a good first impression of Day. I love mhok,
