Visually pleasing, but the rest made zero sense
You wouldn't believe how excited I was after looking at the cast and watching the trailer. I really had high hopes for this one. Unfortunately, the only things I liked were the vibes and aesthetics. The story made no sense, the characters made no sense, the flow of the show made no sense. The whole drama felt pointless. It looked cool enough for me to finish it and I like the main cast from other dramas, but this frustrated me a lot. If you want to turn off your brain completely to watch rich people nonsense and impressive glamorous high school parties, and don't mind the characters not having much personality, I'd say go ahead. Murder mystery with a side of revenge
It was so good, the plot was had me on the edge of my seat. We follow Ok Chanmi as she tries to solve the mystery behind her twin brother's death. She transfers high schools from Busan to Seoul to investigate. On the other hand, you have a boy, having given up on his life due to unfortunate circumstances, who decide to help her while leading a secret double life at night as one who avenges those who are wronged by the powerful at their school. It was kind of violent at times, but super satisfying at the time. I really was loving this drama, but the ending really ruined it for me. I can't say too much without spoiling, but I didn't like how they chose to explain the motive behind the brother's death and how they managed to conceal everything for the duration of the show. Even tho I didn't like that, I still think its a good drama and one that I have re-watched bits of several times.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
The show literally doesn't taking its self seriously and so shouldn't you
This was so unserious and quirky. I get that its not everyone's cup of tea, but I found the slapstick comedy refreshing after a bunch of intense dramas. I initially wanted to watch this after seeing a short clip depicting a good step-family relationship and I did adore the characters a lot. The length of the drama was perfect, the story was wholesome and the end message was cute. Overall, a fun ride.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
The start was good but it didn't stick the landing
The plot had so much potential but I feel like too many things left unanswered. I didn't like how they wrapped the second lead' storyline at all. The main plot also started getting weaker towards the last few episodes and it felt rushed and unsatisfying at the end. It's a shame really because the idea of it was so good, the story could have been amazing if they handled it differently.
