It had so much potential, but I can't accept the female lead at all.
The way she was at the beginning and throughout was disappointing. I'm on episode 4, and after reading the comments and confirming what I predicted was going to happen, I decided to skip everything and just watch the moments with the daughter. When I saw edits on TikTok, I thought the show focused mainly on her. Anyway, I don't care about the other characters. I started watching for the girl, and it seems I'll continue only for her. Also, I'm frustrated—why did they treat the female lead like that in the family? In episode 4, the male lead tells her everything so easily! Do they (the family) not know how to be cautious of strangers? How do they know she won't steal from them? They know nothing about her.
So I "completed" it, though I won’t hide the fact that I skipped most of it after episode 4. I'm bitter about the female lead and their relationship. This show had a lot of potential, but I don't think it deserves the high rating it has. Most of the time, dramas on MyDramaList are rated accurately, but this one is one of those traps—you see a high rating and have high expectations. I've fallen victim to this many times, which is why I usually read some comments beforehand.
I wish the drama had focused more on the daughter, and that the male lead never fell in love again. There should've been someone to help him realize his mistake. Moreover, they could’ve added mystery. For example, maybe they never knew why his old wife died, and it turned out to be a murder. The family members could’ve been more interesting characters with more intriguing superpowers. I think you get my idea. This could have had action, mystery, and maybe even some romance between the daughter and the boy, with good interactions as they grow up.
Anyway, this might not sound perfect, but English isn’t my first language, so I can’t express myself properly. The 4.5 stars are only for the daughter:)

Also, at the start of the drama the fl was using a sword. Both ml and fl learned the same martials arts. So how come after the first ep she never used them again? I mean she couldn't defend herself? So it doesn't make sense why he's the strongest of all while she's always the defendless one. The acting was fine

This was boring, but it wasn't bad.
I thought this was going to be good. I always believed that K-dramas that are only focused on romance should be ten episodes at most. When I saw that this has 8 episodes, I thought, "Yeah, finally!" The FL's friend turned out to be the best character for me. The FL did not want to use her brain, sadly. The second couple was more interesting than the first. The two main actors are some of my favorite actors in K-drama.Esta resenha foi útil para você?

This was good!!
I didn't think this was from 2023 at all. For some reason, I found it different from many other romance K-dramas I've watched. I really enjoyed this, even though it's kind of "problematic." The first episode was so boring and confusing to me. This is how many episodes a romance should be; it didn't feel dragged out at all. The kissing scenes between the FL (female lead) and ML (male lead) seemed so natural—they had great chemistry. I liked that the main characters communicated because, sadly, in most romance K-dramas, even recent ones, the main characters don't communicate, which is just stupid. The ending was fine; it's good that it was realistic. I felt bad for the FL getting bullied by his fans, but that's the reality. I liked the second couple so much! Both friends were so good! Writers, this is how you write supporting friends! There are many wrong things I could point out about this show, but I'll focus on the good ones and the fact that I enjoyed it!

Currently at episode 7. I remember starting the first episode a long time ago. The idea was interesting, but I found it really boring, so I dropped it. After months, I decided to pick it up again. There were many scenes that I had to skip because of how embarrassed I was feeling. After episode 2, it's so fun. I wish we had more FLs like this—who are really smart and genuinely funny! I don't think the King loved the FL before. In these last two episodes, he seems to have changed, but I don't think it's because of love, but mostly guilt. He feels guilty because she tried to unalive herself. The concubine at the start seemed to be a good character, but as the story goes on, she becomes more "bad."After the "FL" went back to her world, it became so boring to watch. I skipped a lot, but after episode 14, it seems to be getting good again.
I just finished it! Before sharing my overall thoughts, I want to say that one of the main reasons I dropped this was because I had seen many people saying that the ending was bad. The ending it's kind of bad but i guess i expected better. Another thing I saw many people discussing was whether the King, at the end of the day truly loved her. I think I would say both yes and no. I need to think about it more and read other people's opinions to decide. Overall, this was good, and I don't regret watching it, but I believe 20 episodes weren't necessary. It doesn't feel dragged, but I'm not sure. This was good, but there were a lot of scenes that I skipped. Also, i have watched many kdramas of the female actress. She did such a good job!!

I won't say too much. I liked Qiqi, and I wish there were more female leads like her. It's kind of rare to find a female lead like her. Although she had to abide by the story of her comic character, she still let us know her thoughts about those annoying clichés used in dramas and comics, and I loved her for that. There are some things in the story that didn't make sense, but given that it's a low-budget drama, it's fine. There are many unanswered questions. My favorite character was the female lead's brother. I wish he hadn’t disappeared at the end! Anyway, it's a good watch, and I recommend it. Also, I know the lead actress from some other C-dramas, and she does a pretty good job. I really loved this K-drama.
I just finished episode 13, and I’m writing this review while watching the K-drama because I forget what I watched after I finish it anyway. This K-drama is sooo underrated. The acting was so good!! The male lead actor—I think I've seen him somewhere before—and his acting is so good to me, as well as the female lead!! I will definitely find their past K-dramas.Let’s start with some things I liked. I liked that they included something about what idols go through, showing that even people with money can have a difficult life. The plot, I think, is something new (with the grandma and returning to herself), and while the murder aspect isn’t something new, this K-drama was hella funny to me!! I had so much laughter! Also, the friend of the female lead—I loved her character so much. It made me happy that she was the first to know about the female lead’s secret. There isn’t anything else that comes to mind to add at the moment.
Some things I didn’t like: Why are Netflix writers always trying to sneak in a love triangle even though it’s clear who the end game is?? There was no need! I wish they would have made the second male lead have a relationship with the female lead’s friend. I don’t know if I am right, but until now, isn’t he basically stalking the female lead? (Kinda.) Unnecessary again! The start of the K-drama was good, but halfway through, it had a downfall, and then as it goes to the end, it starts to become fine. I hate how the male lead and female lead can’t communicate. I am damn sure if they had a proper conversation, they could have gotten closer faster. I hate how writers always use the trope of the main characters getting drunk to communicate. Can’t they do it normally? Lastly, why is it that in these types of situations in K-dramas, the male lead always finds out on his own?? Can’t you just tell him? (Of course, it’s not that deep.)
My opinion on episode 13: I was not surprised by the plot twist, but I did not suspect her at all.
Ohhh, I love the female lead's friend!!!! She is so supportive, and the fact that she comforted the female lead and encouraged her to tell everything?! Makes me love her even more. But the only thing I don’t like is that they made her fall in love with the (I don’t know his name) male lead’s friend. Like, the main actor for the male lead seems older, but not in a bad way, but the male lead’s friend seems to be in his 50s?? Are we being for real?!
Finished. I like the ending. I am happy that every important character got their ending, and we saw it. The only disappointment for me is the male lead’s friend and the female lead’s friend. It just doesn’t go together. He seems to be in his 50s, and she seems to be in her 30s or even younger. I really loved this K-drama. It deserves more recognition.

I will come back to add more of my coments on this show. Firstly, i feel like Song Han Gyeom carried this show. I liked his character a bit too much. This had a grat start but i felt like at ep 6 tat it went a bit off. Overall, i haven't watch muvh bls so i am nit that picky. I give this 7.5 bc i think it had a great start and i liked some parts. Also, when Song Han Gyeom kissed the other guy ( don't remember his name) out og nowhere, it was pretty random. As someone who haven't watch much bls, i think i will have give this bl a lower rating but bc of that scene i make the rating a bit higher .

40 episodes were not needed, in my opinion
The plot was fine, but from the moment it started focusing more on romance, it became boring. I skipped many scenes out of boredom. I love that the FL was strong, could protect herself, and was smart. After episode 32, the episodes became more interesting, I guess. The acting was great, and the chemistry was good, but 40 episodes were not necessary.Esta resenha foi útil para você?

This is a no for me
There are many things I didn't like about this. In general, I avoid writing reviews because I have a hard time explaining my thoughts, I get bored, or I forget what I watched. I'm currently on episode 14. I decided to start writing before I complete it because I will surely forget almost everything.Anyway, the plot so far has been interesting, but I can see some mistakes. The beginning, up until they said goodbye to each other, was good. Those episodes were well done, but how dumb was that boss? He trusted the ml after only two days!? How could he trust him so quickly? I find that to be a mistake. The female lead was fine during these episodes, so I have nothing to say about her.
I hate amnesia tropes, so when we learned that the female lead lost her memory, I was like, "Bro, why?!" because this trope is so overused. I was happy when I found out she didn’t lose her memory and was pretending to be her sister. I liked the idea of her trying to get revenge, but here comes something I didn’t like. After meeting the male lead, the female lead becomes so dumb! It's annoying! I try to understand her, but what she does seems rushed to me and not smart. She got caught so many times, and they even tried to kill her (I mean for her sister). I’m not saying she needs to give up, but I wish the writers had done something different with the plot. Why is it always the male lead coming to save her? I wish the female lead could be smarter and defend herself a bit at least. Of course, I understand that she can’t just fight against men, but I still feel that she keeps doing things without thinking and doesn't learn from the consequences.
I liked episode 17 because it was all fluffy. I'm currently on episode 18. Did she really think it was going to last? She was always getting caught.
Complete! This was bad!! The only things I liked were the tension and the second couple. The acting was fine, and I liked the kissing scenes. Now, onto what I didn't like: the male lead. Also, what was with the ending? In general, everything! It was bad! I wasted my time. I’m not watching the side episodes.

Waste of my time...
I finished episode 7! I can't continue this!! Where is the story development?? And why is a freaking thirty-year-old woman acting like she's ten with little to no IQ?? I’m tired. Most of the episodes so far are just filler moments. Why do Chinese writers always drag out most of the shows?? When I started this, I thought, "This seems good! I'm glad I found something similar." In the past, I watched a K-drama called Blue Birthday (if I remember correctly). It’s similar to this one—it also has time travel. I mean, it’s similar, but with the difference that the female lead goes back to save her crush, while in this one, she doesn't even know him. Anyway, in short, it reminds me of that show. Go check it out; it's really good! But as for this one, I’m dropping it, and I probably won't pick it up again. The female lead is annoying in so many ways. Such a waste of my time!edit:After reading some of the comments and getting spoiled (which is fine since I won’t watch it), I realized it has no similarity to Blue Birthday in terms of direction. The idea at the start is almost the same, if I remember correctly, but aside from that and the time travel aspect, the shows have nothing else in common.
