The wife is really annoying =__=

So many times this episode (and the last one!) I wanted Dal Ja to open up and say that she never really was with Uhm Gi Joong. It was all a misunderstanding - she decided not to be with him once she found out he had a wife. Even if they've been away from each other for 2 years she decided not to be involved with him.

The wife is psychotic - she doesn't seem to listen to reason and anyone who holds on to someone who doesn't even want to see them for over 2 years has serious clinging issues. She's not living with him but she doesn't want anyone else with him. I wonder if we'll find out everything that happened between the two of them.

I love Tae Bong, I never expected the debt collectors that were chasing him to be involved with his family. The grandfather is funny though - 10 years? 8 years? 5 years? 3 years? Haha.

Loving this drama so much already, can't wait to watch the rest :D

Things are starting to get pretty crazy

I'm with Cheer, again, I'm really surprised that Kanzo actually stabbed Ryo. I mean, I know he hated his guts but to actually try to kill him? Things are really heating up.

Ryo's colors are starting to show more vividly, and his feelings for Yuko are actually true. But again, like Cheer stated, changing now doesn't change what he did in the past. He may not have killed anyone by hand, but he's still the one behind the deaths.

Yuki's finally getting a head on her shoulders, and it's thanks to Kanzo sticking by her side. Although when Yuko asked her if she was seeing her brother, I kind of raised my eyebrows at that one. I mean, she is only 19, and Kanzo seems more like an older brother or fatherly figure more than boyfriend material. But what do I know?

Much better!

This episode definitely improved from the previous 4, and a lot more seemed to happen. For starters, with Kanzo getting stabbed. I think he made the right choice by trying to help her instead of turning her in. Shows how much of a good guy he is.

Ryo even showed a little more emotion, towards the end of the episode when he notices his bird is missing and flew off. There was a look of terror and a lost look in his eyes, showing how much he cared for that small bird. I don't believe Ryo is a bad guy, either, rather closed off from the world. Obviously, something happened to him to make him so cold to others and turned off towards loving other humans.

Yuko suits him more than Miwa ever did. Although I have a feeling she's not going to be too happy once she hears that her best friend is hooking up with her boyfriend.

This episode showed a lot more depth, I'm looking forward to the rest a lot more now.

Still only so-so..

This episode was on the same par as the previous one. Rather slow, and still things are developing. But there's a mystery, one mostly surrounding the character of Ryo himself, that just makes me want to continue watching. I'm curious to see how things will unfold in the future episodes, but right now, not much has happened at all, and I started to lose a little interest this episode.

However, like I said, the mystery keeps me wanting to go further ahead, so I'm going to continue onto the next episode and hope for more improvement!

A little better..

Compared to the first episode, this one wasn't that much different. The story is still in the process of building, but there are more mysteries revealed and more questions that arise.

Ryo's character is the biggest mystery, and the last five minutes reveal that he's somehow tied in to Detective Kanzo's case.

As to what exactly happened, it's hard to really say at this point.

The biggest questions here are:

How did Yuko get those scars? What was the accident she was involved with and doesn't remember?

How much does Ryo tie into the case? Who exactly is that woman?

I have a feeling that from the next episode it's going to start getting a little bit more interesting

I have a feeling it will get better from here...

I picked this drama up randomly. One was because I was looking for a different change of pace, and I recognized Kimura Takuya. Second was I like dark and realistic dramas, and from the reviews I've read, it seems like a drama I'll probably find myself getting into.

So for the first episode? Not bad, although not much really happens. There's some romance, and mystery. But not much drama or anything that's really invigorating and pulls you in. So I give it an average rating. I have a feeling it'll get better, though, so I'm going to keep watching!

There's a mystery behind the bracelet being put back together correctly and the movies being placed back together correctly, and it ties to Ryo. I'm curious to where it'll lead!

Did not see that coming!

Omo, the car crash at the end! I know it's a Cinderella story so I should've expected the father to die at some point, but I didn't. I loved how he was understanding towards Yun Hee, he knew what she was going through and he did his best to support her. I also figured he was her biological father.

I hate the step mom and step sister, I can't wait until Yun Hee shows them both up. I love how she finally left the house, I just hope she doesn't have to return back there, but obviously the step family is going to add more problems to her life I'm sure :/

So far this drama is very satisfying, it's going at a great pace!

Refreshing!

4 episodes in and I'm starting to get hooked. I don't think I've watched a drama where both the main leads actually smoked. It's older, but good. Both the male leads have yet to annoy me. Min Hee is growing on me with each episode, and Joon Hee hasn't had too much screen time. Somehow he knows Yun Hee, though, and I wonder how they're related. Also how her relation to the fathers. Aside from some slightly confusing time jumps, I'm really liking this drama (:
