A perfect drama that will be a part of ones memory

The answer is "music, food, and love." The director and screenwriter control the characters to the point. The male lead's mother seems unreasonable, but she has infinite thoughts in her heart. Heartwarming Drama

The drama was highly anticipated prior its airing for obvious reason the leads are well known great actors. They proved everyone right, once again, in terms of acting.

Doom is similar to grim ripper characters very simple. So from ep 1 i kinda foresee the roller coaster ride of the romance. Ive watched many fantasy dramas they obviously fall on the same level. What makes this drama one of the best is how the leads delivered their characters and built the chemistry. Their eyes, facial expressions and dialogues really synched. After all the divided comments in this group, im very satisfied with the last 3 episodes and im glad i sticked to this drama till the end.

Ost as always is great.

A General in love

I have rewatched this drama for 5 times already. Surprising i never really get bored. It has everything look forward in a drama. Simple yet sensible and heartwarming.

I hope chinese entertainment can produce more of this. From start to finish it was done really well. It wasnt really grand even costumes are repeated till the end but it never downgraded the beautiful and well written drama.

The cast were excellent. The emotions were delivered by them beautifully.

It's rare to really build perfect chemistry for leads till the end. But both leads had it from start till the end. Ceasar has always been good in acting but this one showcased so far the best of him. He seemed to be well invested on this role from start till the end. A cold general with lonely eyes in the beginning yet slowly he was able to show how he melted his walls along the way. It was really well done

A drama that stays in the heart

I was contemplating on making early review on this but decided to let all eps be aired first. This drama deserves review per episode to be honest coz each episode is so wonderfully presented.

The drama started off with them meeting after years of separation. When they locked eyes on that first episode is a proof that everyone behind this drama are really gifted and the perfect actors were rightfully put to play the role respectively. From that moment it makes viewers hungry to know their past their present and look forward to their future.

The drama itself feels like a journey never ends and u really wouldnt want it to end. The story is really easy to follow with the flashbacks played once in a while in the right moment . What makes this perfect is really the chemistry of both leads. Not just the chemistry but how they played their roles wholeheartedly. They were like a match born to play this drama. They are destined to give life to this drama.

Their journey from being young to young adults though played by same actors is just perfect.

Top 3 in my list for wuxia drama

One of the best wuxia drama i come across with. The plot, acting and most importantly the chemistry are superb. The main leads really gave their best. This is the kind of performance that should inspire future actors specially the leads. At times despite the cliche it is really how well actors show emotions . Sifeng delivered well u can tell how strong his feelings for her all througout. It was something splendid and heartwarming to watch. The FL is one of the best actresses in china. She has natural talent. Her charisma is very strong. The chemistry of both is something u would love to rewatch over and over again. I wish them both and the rest of the cast to do just as well in their future dramas. It would be really nice and lovely and rewarding to have them both on screen again.

Another Kdrama masterpiece

Lee do hyun is indeed a gem in kdrama industry. He is really gifted. From humble beginnings he made this far is a reminder that our past will never define who we can be in the future.

The drama is marvelous. To say it's good is an understatment. Would have loved to see this in 16 eps, i cant have enough of the whole cast. For me everyone contributed equally to create a timeless masterpiece.

What i love most in this drama is it hit so many points from love, parenthood, marriage, careers, dreams, failures, money, power, karma and so on. It was conveyed systematically without messing the plot.

You love and hate the mother it does live with the title. But the mother's ultimate love vendicated her. We all go through different process but as mothers we only want what is best only we dont know the exact process of doing so. Id like to throw big thumbs up to the the writer, director and whole production team. Keep good dramas coming. I pray these gifted people will continue producing wonderful masterpiece such as this.

Perfect Couple

Ive read alot of mix reviews in both seasons. In every drama we all have different tastes, values and preferences. Hence, i dont mind all the mix reviews good or bad at the end of the day this drama was a huge success and it paved way to both actors in whatever project they have right now. Going back to the drama ill list factors that made me love this drama:

1. People new to BL dramas this is a good start and will surely make you question your addiction later on.

2. The leads for some reason happens to have natural chemistry. They literally feed butterflies in your stomach.

3. The lovelines synch with their respective emotions. Their eyes speaks love and passion.

4. Both leads have charisma that will keep you wanting more.

5. The supporting casts are equally significant. They added fun to the whole drama.

I highly recommend this drama specially to people new to BL.

Match made in Heaven

Two wonderful leads who lives in an entireley different worlds build their love and friendship with the goal of building a wonderful future together. Yes the story may not be unique but the how it was done and dialogues delivered made this one extraordinary.

Though they walked different paths in the adult stage one thing that made them connect is that both of them came from humble beginings. Yu tu was goal oriented from young age while jingjing was all about yu tu. That part of her really was very consistent. I watched the drama 3 times every prejudice yutu had was really justified along the ways. I myself felt the start dragging but the chemistry and support stories kept me hooked up. Then there you go ep 21 onwards were a blast. I really salute the writer and director and the whole production.

Delbara brought out the best of yangyang for me. I can see how invested yangyang is in this drama.

Somehow the drama showcase you can have the best of both worlds. For big stars like jingjing fears of losing the limelight is very common but she never had it. The child in her that loved yutu then overpowered her decision making. Yutu on the other hand got lost in his dreams along the way and it was just wonderful how she made him realize how he inspired her during their youth.

The ending was wonderful she was there all the years rooting for his dreams to come true.

The best BL romance ever

I wont talk much about the plot coz obviously its not really new. What makes this drama standout number one is the perfect casting. Apart from
The leads overflowing chemistry the supporting casts were equally significant.

Tharn and type though some parts were overly done, you can hardly notice because the climax scenes were really done well by both actors. The character development of type is what i like most. He was afterall the confused character but how they built his character was pure bliss. I find his love pure and authentic. Regardless how he handled his stages of acceptance it was apparent he was very sure of his feelings both season 1 and 2. I love how he is protrayed as not expressive in words but his actions are more heartwarming in many occasions than tharn.

I highly recommend this to people not familiar with BL dramas. Wish to see them both again in future project

A drama full of life lessons

The drama in general is already perfect in every aspects so i wont discuss much about acting, plot, ost etc.

What made this drama stand out is the life lessons the writer and director managed to incorporate. The drama was highly anticipated because of the leads but as the drama progressed it was no longer just about chemistry and typical romcom that we watch to free ourselves from stress. It has become the light and reflection of our past our present and our future. When i watched this drama it had me thinking of the life choices i made. It is very rare for a drama to bring an impact on viewers and having read alot of comments im not the only one. Im so proud to the whole production of this drama. I wish nothing more but for more dramas like this.

I always have high hopes of the acting choices by ksh. I knew he is that kind of actor who chooses roles that suits him best though i know he is very versatile. The female lead is also very talented i have watched her previous dramas but this is by far the best role for her. Having them both makes it simply perfect. Their eyes, the body language and the way they deliver their lines is just magnificent.

The story itself is very fresh. Mental health could be one of the most difficult And challenging topics i guess to be shown in full length drama, but i can tell this drama will make a huge success. I can tell the cliche and the trauma of the leads already but they will certainly give justice to this in the end.

I have never wished for a drama to just reveal the whole 16 episodes already in one day but i certainly did on this one.
