Melancholia is one of those shows which I’ve tried to wait out from beginning to end because I hate dropping dramas.
However I’m at the point now where I’m not sure if I can watch much more.

Honestly I love the actors and the concept certainly seemed interesting initially but there isn’t anything really hooking me. The characters’ decisions and actions feel entirely controlled by plot rather than a reflection of what they’d do and the pacing seems to be a bit off also.

Maybe I’ll give it another go at some later stage but for now this isn’t one I’m going to watch going forward.
