A Fast paced and Enjoyable Drama with intriguing twists
Trillion Game just might be the most enjoyable drama of the year for me. When I first started watching, it seemed somewhat generic (ngl first ep is somewhat generic start ?) but there were several things that worked very well & it's got better and better as story progressedFirstly... the dynamic between the main characters is fun, especially the tension between Ren and Mio. It adds a hot and intriguing aspect to the show. Secondly...I appreciated that the male lead wasn't portrayed as purely good or evil, instead... he was shown as a complex, grey character with goffy smile
The production value of the drama is quite impressive. The directing make it feel like you're watching a stylish business drama.(which you hardly see in jdramas) Although at times it can be a bit exaggerated ? bt that's part of the show's charm too...just like the quirky nature of the main character.
The story is fast-paced and gripping, keeping you engaged throughout. While some scenes may fall flat here and there, they don't make you feel too bored (at least that was my impression). Now, let's talk about the most important highlight of the show –
IMADA MIO, She steals the spotlight with her charm.. I can look at her for hours haha
However, there are a few things I didn't like as much. The anime-like expressions that the characters sometimes make can put you in an awkward position... but it's a minor annoyance that can be dealt with Additionally... the last couple of minutes before the finale could have been executed better I guess ?
Some aspects of the show may be a bit exaggerated from a business point of view, but that's to be expected in a drama?
Now.... onto the verdict. "Trillion Game" is a fun and relaxing watch. Just sit back... relax & grab some chips or popcorn and enjoy. If you don't watch it.. you won't be missing out on much.. but if you give it a chance you will certainly have a good time.

Engaging slowburn with some stunning visuals
So Another good drama from WOWOW (it's a 4-episode mini drama, so one can finish it in one sitting). I was also looking forward to this when I saw it was Kanae Minato's novel adaptation. So this takes you on a journey from the perspective of a female director who wanted to make a film about an old murder case involving a girl named Tateishi Sara. Whome she thinks is the one who saved her and gave confident while she was being abused by her mother when she was little ... From there, the story progresses as she wants to know the truth about tateishi sara's murder mystery so she could make an film about it with the help of the other female protagonist Kai mahiro and from there the plot progresses ahead (like all of Kanae Minato's works, this also doesn't involve the police or lawayers in solving mysteries. And that's fr better haha honestly give you different prespective ).Regarding the drama, it focused more on the psychological aspect and the mental state of the people involved in the cases rather than being a thriller throughout...it was still an engaging slow burn.... even though being inconsistent with the pace sometimes. And overall, which was I think was the only downside for me,but I still watched it in one sitting because I was craving for answers, haha.
Now, coming back to the good parts, which are the cinematography and the acting performances ??( kitagawa keiko is still hot man damn) Well Both female leads did a good job, and as for Kubo Shiori, this was a totally different character for sure. It might have been challenging for her, but I'm glad she's taking on roles like this... (I really liked how she smirked every time, lol).
Last ep was probably the best and had good wrap up to the story overall quite emotional ride I had with this... This could have been worked as a movie too honestly bt anyway
Overall It is good quick binge watch

Heartwarming ride with no angast or draggy plot
So, From the title, it may look like a food blog, but this dorama was much more than that. It was so heartwarming and beautiful, especially the ending. The setting is in the 50s, where Japan is still under US rule and has a male-dominant society. It follows a female protagonist who paves her way through all the odds. The whole plot may seem obvious, but they represent it beautifully. On top of that, both characters were understanding and supportive. The show also features a beautiful aesthetic scenery of 50s Japan. I mean, that's all I needed. The manga is still ongoing, so I really wish we could have more seasons, but I wouldn't mind if it ended like this either. Being short also helped as there wasn't much dragging in the plot, and it got straight to business. This was such a good watch that I highly recommend.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
