Ah I loved this drama so much. It is set during Chinese republican era, which is one of my favourites and it's a GL, which I love as well. Unfortunately it is a censored adaptation due to Chinese censorship laws so no kisses. 😔 But the two female leads still had great chemistry together and there were some really intimate moments.

The story was also nice - it wasn't just a romance but also mystery and thriller stuff thrown into it so it was really interesting to watch. The end was such a cliffhanger but there should be a 2nd season so I'm eagerly awaiting it. 🤞

10/10 rating for me. I'm just a sucker for a good GL and this one definitely was despite the censorship.
