So I had had this drama on my watchlist for so long and I finally decided to watch it. There were a lot of things that I really liked about Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo. I thought it dealt with many important struggles that young adults go through. Struggles such as looking perfect and having second thoughts about plans for the future, are just some of the many struggles that I could really relate too. Other than the plot, I absolutely loved Nam Joohyuk and Lee Sung Kyung’s chemistry. The two characters love story were definitely, what kept the drama interesting, because after a while the storyline becomes a bit dull. It is a nice rom-com with both sad and hilarious scenes however it is hyped up a lot by the general public.

Okay so i have very ambivalent feelings towards this drama, because I absolutely love it, but there is something about the drama that makes it a bit dull and boring.

The drama is special from other dramas because of the plot and writing. The plot about elite students being taken hostage by a crazy man is really interesting and I think that the writers and producers did a really good job and how to make the murder mystery work. The drama is short which makes it much more approachable for the viewer to start the drama.
What is worth noting is that the cast is absolutely amazing! So many famous actors today are in the drama and it is so interesting to see them so young. The group of students are what makes the drama so great. They are an interesting group of different types and all of them gives something to the story.
I would definitely recommend this drama! The drama is a bit slower and on the older side, but it is a real gem!

First of all, I am a sucker for teen dramas (especially high school dramas), so I absolutely loved this drama! I thought the story was so well organised and interesting. I usually don’t watch Chinese dramas as I think they often overact and can be too cringe but I found this drama extremely fun watching despite the amount of cringy scenes.

The main characters chemistry is so amazing and I think that the love story in the drama is really good and sweet. The main couple is definitely the reason that I kept watching the drama as they show so sincere love. And who doesn’t love a love triangle.

The friendship between the five main characters is what I really liked in the drama. However I do think that the story was too slow in some aspects. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to start watching Chinese dramas.

So this may be my favourite Korean movie ever. I loved absolutely everything about the movie, it was both sad, funny and most importantly realistic. The cast is so perfect and the main characters chemistry and love story is over the top amazing. I am a sucker for sad endings because I find them more realistic and relatable. I found this movie extremely realistic, which I think, is what made me love this movie. The plot was so well made and following the couple through most of their life has an amazing effect of feeling like you really know the couple. Their story was so beautiful and I don’t know what else to write than I have watched this movie multiple times and it doesn’t get any less good.

WOW!!! Just wow! I absolutely love this drama. I think it is such a heart-breaking and beautiful story. It should be said I am a sucker for dramas based on true stories and sad endings, so this drama was right down my alley.

The drama stars Lee Jong Suk and Shin Hye Sun, two fantastic actors and their chemistry is just too good. You really believe their love for each other.

The story is over many years and even though the drama is only three episodes the story feels so long without be either rushed or boring. The speed of the plot is just right and I didn’t skip any part of the drama. Moreover the OST is perhaps one of the best I have ever heard!

This movie has to be one of the most heart-breaking movies I have ever seen.

It is a movie that is hard to watch but is so worth it. The movie is based on a true story of a little girl that suffered an enormous amount of pain. Knowing that the movie is based on a true story is truly painful. Throughout the movie I was so captivated and while watching the little girl and her family going through the effects of the terrible accident I understood the amazing message of the movie, that is that you have to have hope that it will get better even through the toughest times.

I have to applaud both the girl actress and the actors playing the parents. Their acting is some of the most believable acting ever. The roles must have been so difficult to play and it was done so well. The movie is truly amazing and I would definitely recommend it! However it is not for the fainthearted.
