After the very long wait, I was finally able to watch this movie on dailymotion (Bless whoever uploaded it). It was hyped for a short while because of how the anime did well back then plus Hiro returning to act after his hiatus (I think or I might be wrong... I'm really bad with remembering years) ANYWAY. I thought that maybe a live action will be horrible for this type of anime or for any anime in all honesty. It's 50/50 (amazing or a total flop) when it comes to live actions because sometimes they can't produce all the things in an anime. For this movie, I was surprised by how nicely the props, costumes and effects were put together. I loved Hiro as a butler back when he starred in Mei-chan no Shitsuji and couldn't wait for him to act in this one because I loved the character of Sebastian in the anime. In my opinion, Hiro portrayed Sebastian amazingly like heck the guy lost more weight just to take the role! The other people that stared in this movie was a first for me so they didn't leave me a big impression, but the actress who portrayed the maid was spot on! I found that the actress who acted as Ciel was a bit awkward in some parts though. I think the plot could of been a little more exciting, but the action/fight scenes certainly made up for any of the boring bits. I would definitely re watch this by myself or with a friend in the future!
