Unexpectedly Charming
I went into this show with little expectations, just thinking it would be another teen love story with a twist. From the minute I started it until the very last episode I got the most wonderful treat. The way Ryeoun and Choi Hyun Wook absolutely embodied their characters, the classic sight gags and overall energy of this show definitely created a different and enjoyable time travel show. The creativity the writers put into the series could be felt and the way relationships evolved. Each one was unique and you could see that. There was no anxiety induced intense scenes that made you question if you should keep watching since the show revolved around the relationships of the teens and not so much the tragic backstory of the 4 main characters. This is definitely at the top of my “rewatch when I’m feeling down” list.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
Color me impressed
I have watched a few Japanese shows and movies that were dark or mind bending thrillers but this was my first movie and I was not disappointed. I’m looking forward to a follow up. I’m sure it won’t disappoint either. This movie was better than expected for a suspenseful love story. The writer did a good job building in the backstory and the blooming love story which I’ve noticed is a talent of the Japanese film industry. The actors successfully exuded the emotions and character depth that draws you into the story. Also, absolutely loved the costumes since I’m a costumer myself. Everything went together nicely to give a beautiful and addictive story.

The true value of relationships
After reading comments from 5 years ago with the top ones shown being a bit harsh, I watched this show with no expectations. Since Heo Joon Ho was in it, I knew his character would be wonderful but I certainly didn’t expect the creepy level performance he gave. The story of young love, salvation and forgiveness intertwined with the harsh reality of people’s perception and typical media greed lends to a story of overcoming the past. There are plenty of characters to hate and love so buckle up.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
Why can't the women act
Everyone was annoyed with the FL but honestly, none of the women gave 100% and were generally annoying. It felt like they were just there.Choi Hee Jin probably did the best but overall, still underwhelming. The story had so much potential but you have to wade through 6 episodes before it really gets watch worthy. It really could have been developed so much better but it just lacked something until the end.
Lee Jun Young and Lee Jae Woo absolutely killed their characters. Luckily, they were the only reason I stuck it out and in the end, I'm glad I did. Definitely not a thriller and was almost predictable. I ended up fast forwarding through so much of the first 6 episodes that I didn't miss a thing.
If you like out two main ML's, it's worth the watch but be prepared to want to move through the episode quickly.

So much potential
I’m not sure what happened because the first 2 episodes had such potential! By episode 4 I was tired of the “10,000” additional and unnecessary storylines that it definitely destroyed any possibility of this show being any good. I couldn’t help but start to cringe at On Seong Wu’s acting. As talented as he is, there was no way he could salvage it and the rest of the cast (minus Byeon Woo Seok) was less than entertaining too. It was disappointing for all the actors involved. The only redeeming character was the villain and Woo Seok did a good job bringing that character to life. Sadly, he deserved a better show with a better villain role. Honestly, I skipped through most of the episodes just to watch him and still know the whole story in the end.
Bottom line, it was predictable, and tried to play the “cute” card that honest Park Bo Young and Park Hyun Sik are masters at, too many story lines and no originality. Please let this “franchise” end with this one.
