Disturbing, dark, scary FL, this was such a memorable watch for me LOL

Heartfelt, leisurely healing movie, with a nice light-hearted FL who inspired me too much throughout the film.

It's a fun-to-watch action film. I felt a little bit frustrated about the plot because it lacked some intense scenes, character development that make you blend and invest in the character's story, but after all this movie is worth watching because of its humor and relaxation.

Such a rolling coaster of emotion & superb cinematography. 

With well-written characters, post-war sequelae, and exceptional acting... this movie just proves that it is one of the masterpiece movies this year.

Melancholy tone, artistic cinematography, with full of wounded characters. This was such a good watch.

Unique cinematography style, expressive language instead of dialogues, images with hidden meanings, concise content, delving deeply into people's hearts in a social community with close relationships where the value of Asian spiritual culture is still relatively deep-rooted. The soundtrack is selective, sometimes it evokes deep sadness, and sometimes it overflows with love. 

Maggie Cheung's acting is excellent, her elegant beauty and the way she acts with her eyes are so expressive, from flirtatious to confused and self-controlled when realizes that feeling is wrong. 

Tony Leung, his eyes, his facial expression whenever he looked at Maggie got butterflies in my stomach.

The flow of love from Mr. Chow's pen intertwines time and space on the train from 2046 back to the past. Each character, each story that passes through his pen is filled with its feelings, a strong belief in love, and a desire to cling to that belief.

Although I was not emotionally invested in the third trilogy film, it is still a visual feast for my eyes via the unique cinematography, highly stylized, pitch-perfect soundtrack of Wong War Kai director. The actresses in his cinematics are all elegantly breathtakingly gorgeous.

Beautifully encapsulated in the space of an old street, an old house where residents live with layers upon layers of old furniture, and a temple yard filled with red lanterns. 

The love story of a debt collector with his deb-ridden girl is bittersweet, wholehearted, and colorful. Love and salvation are the definitions of their love story. Hao Ting's honesty, and filiality aroused in A Cheng the desire to rebuild his life while his sincerity gave her hope.

 The main leads' chemistry is overflowing the whole movie, his adoring eyes, and her little smile are so heartwarming. 

An artistically poetic, layered storytelling, interwoven between the reality and the past of FL's revenge journey, the crazy thoughts brewing for 13 years that hidden under a pure, gentle shell.

Lee Young Ae handled convincingly and delicately the unstable psychology of Geum Ja, from a silly, pure look when she was 16; innocent, playful when in prison; cold, reckless when taking revenge and fragile, gentle when returning to find her daughter.

This was not very gory and had an unexpected plot twist like the other two, but still a great and satisfying one.

A classic horror Japanese movie, with nice cinematography and, thrilling soundtracks. Not scary much anymore when watching this as an adult.

Such a beautiful emotional ride, especially with the ending. I LOVE IT!!!

Beautiful yet traumatized.

That ENDING was unexpected.

A sensitive plotline perfectly intertwined with the soothing calm vibe, every shot overflowing with melancholy empty feelings, the deep but heart-warming dialogue between the main leads make this short film more beautiful.

Taiwanese cinematic hits differently lately!

although "Wonderland" has an interesting idea, the result is developed with a very superficial, confusing plotline and is disjointed, the details seem to be patched together from different Sci-fi films, as if the screenwriter just added whatever came to mind.

Beautifully poetic cinematography, carefully crafted in terms of visuals, capturing the serene and lively of both Taiwan and Japan. The acting is quite good, Greg Hsu conveys the character's emotional aspects through his eyes and gestures, capturing Jimmy at the age of 18 as an enthusiastic, impulsive boy, but as an adult, he is quiet and full of thoughts. While Kaya, I think this movie cannot show the true ability of her acting, however, she still made me feel the heartbroken feeling of Ami.

I enjoy the cinematic feeling of this movie so much, from the stunning natural landscape, every scene on the train; the snow, the melancholy vibe, to the atmosphere of Tainan city and even the warming smiles of the actors/actresses are all gorgeous.

A realistic and simple storytelling style, almost like a documentary, with a slow pace, deeply and poignantly integrates historical elements of China in the 1940s, 1950s, lasting until the 1970s, with chaotic civil wars, from the Great Leap Forward to the Cultural Revolution.

“To Live” is a song about humanity, about the fight for survival, and the will to live. Behind that is also a beautiful picture of family affection, tolerance, and forgiveness. After all the tragedies, those poor people still live simply and peacefully, without resentment.

The excellent performance of Ge You, and Gong Li. They made me feel like I was watching real-life footage as if they were genuine people rather than actors. Each song in "Puppet Shows" Chinese traditional art, to the sounds of the Erhu, all have a classic, soothing, melancholy feeling.

Predictable plot, has some funny moments, and a stellar cast. It's an enjoyable watched.

A glorious cinematic feast for the eyes. An epic storytelling about the time of Qin Shi Huang, with unique cinematography, a deeply profound plotline, masterfully visually crafted fighting scenes, excellent costumes, and color tones used. All leave me with an impression this is one of the best Wuxia ever.

Quite entertaining, their acting is effortlessly funny to me, and this is a worthy remake to binge although not as good as the original.

A haunting well-written layers plot, from the harsh policies of the state, and the heavy looting and destruction of the army to the confusion and torment between love, selfishness, and betrayal of the two main characters. Conveyed with dark tones, the nostalgic, the dreamy of forbidden love. 

The memorable performance of Gingle Wang. She excellently conveyed emotions through her eyes from fear, envy, and jealousy, to regret and remorse. Such a talented actress.

Delicate storytelling, slow-paced, conveys the beautiful picture of a resistant, passionate love story, the journey of self-healing, finding the light in the darkness of Mika, and Aoi with his haunting past that keeps him struggling through the flow of life until he meets Mika.

Serenely breathtaking natural landscapes of Japan, with light color themes that seem familiar in some J-romance movies, smoothly capture each emotion of characters, reflecting the struggles, and circumstances. 

The plot, in my opinion, was not too new and didn’t spark much besides the chemistry of the leads and cinematography, but compared to others, this one was still binge-worthy for a rainy day.

The action-packed film, with the amount of veteran actors, great action film with lots of mouse and cat chases.

A deep, thought-provoking, full of heartbreak, and suicidal thoughts. So frustrating but also beautiful.

A great plot-twist and a great family love in horror films.

Loving the cinematography, melancholy tone, and the color changes drastically when she travels to the past. Although the romance progression of the leads was pretty smooth, the side characters' acting affected my mood and appeared so vaguely making me disappointed.

This one did not impress me much except the lily field scene, maybe because I had high hopes for this.
Fukuhara Haruka's voice is so soothing.

The ML is built quite vaguely, from beginning to end he appears very little, making me think this movie originally had multiple main characters.

Better than I expected, but still not satisfying.

the plot and acting are neutral. But the martial arts scenes are immaculate, it looks so real.

Such an intriguing psychological/thriller film, the expressive acting of Kang Ha Neul, brought out the intense, raw emotions of the character.

Building suspense with a fast-paced half-movie that gradually slows as the main storyline unfolds, so making the plotline more original and appealing to the audience.

An excellent film perfectly captures the elegant, reflexibility, powerful moves of the martial art Wing Chun. The cinematography and execution are outstanding, and every fighting scene is magnetic.
