If possible I would like to be able to see the dramas I've watched this year (for example) be shown in the Completed categories. It has the Date of the drama but we can't see what year we watched it in visibly without checking each drama. I think it would be nice to be able to sort by when you watched it in one of the categories. I don't watch many dramas in the year they come out and unfortunately my brain capacity to remember all the dramas is limited. Is there anyway to add such a feature that can be easily visibly on the Completed list?

the MDL app has such a feature at hte moment, you can try it there.
I think there is already a suggestion sent about this subject: https://mydramalist.com/discussions/suggestions/31353-sort-dramas-by-date-added-completed
It is said that the new site version will have it. I think we have to wait and see.. Meanwhile I voted for the suggestion.
Wandering_Queen:Oh, I don't like using apps, its easier for me to use desktop
So you might not run screaming at the mention of keeping a spreadsheet? :D
Letterboxd has a well laid-out diary/calendar view and thumbnails with A LOT of sort-by options. It's limited in other ways but it does these things very well.
Given the state of the 'net, it's not a bad idea to have info you want to keep in at least two places too.
