Is it possible to place a one week moratorium on new members being able to post? I think it would cut out some of the spam and bogus ratings.
Your objective is also the same, so give your opinion or vote Grace period for new accounts.
My suggestion is really focused on getting the moneypal spam (and similar crap) off the site.
