why are covers for japanese dramas so lazy, bad, lame and generally wtf?
Japan can make great covers. For anime, manga, games and music albums.
But then when it comes to making a cover for a live action drama suddenly they get a minus skill or something and they produce some ms paint tier abominations. For reference, compare cover of
-Korean Signal vs Japanese Signal
-Korean Mother vs Japanese Mother
-Korean Two Weeks vs Japanese Two Weeks
And more. Not feeling like pasting comparisons, but basically, when looking for a drama to watch I can almost always tell if drama is japanese or korean based on cover image.
Not talking about quality of production or anything, just covers.
