Hi Evie, im good! Just not many dramas to watch lately so i havent been coming to mdl to chat. Trying to get more exercise and prepare for my holiday but the weather makes me want to stay indoors. Hahaha.. its either raining or blistering hot.

Glad to hear you are doing well Joa dear! Exercise is good for the soul. I'm currently doing pelvic floor exercises plus yoga for now. Weather is good in New York for now. Don't like raining ( but I don't mind raining when I don't have anywhere to go) I don't like blistering hot weather either but I do love sunny and breezy weather though. Good to go out and enjoy your day.
It'll be great if I'm super mom but in reality no. I'm just trying to make do. Hehehe. Without my hubby, our families support plus nannies & new born care specialist, I think I'm gonna be either bat shit crazy or at least super stressed dear. Watching 1 drama and sometimes chatting here is really good for me already.
Where are you planning to go for holidays? I'm going to Hawaii around Thanksgiving. Gonna advoid New York freezing cold winter. Enjoy the sun,sand,sea plus wearing shorts shorts, and flip-flops!

Joa dear, I also prefer costume dramas too. If I love MLs or FLs plus the plot I don't mind watching modern drama. Not firefighter or medical drama though. For medical drama, our XiXi's drama is an exception. Hehehe totally biased! For Snowy Nights, I was quite unhappy that it has SE, I'm like why why why. I like the ML, though not my favorite. I also wanna watch Kill me Love me but I put it in plan to watch though. My cousin is currently watching it. She said lost interest in the story later. And only watching where there's BI Wen Jun scenes only. We have similar taste so I was wondering whether it's worth to watch or not. Do you watch Kill me Love me ? Let me know if it's good if you are watching that drama, I love FL and Bi Wen Jun.
I didnt know that one day, i will decide whether to watch a drama based on HE or BE.. hahah i used to watch anything and everything but after TTEOTM and LYF, i think theres only so much BE i can take..
LYF!! Hahahhaha...the ending is pretty subjective I guess...BE for the snake fans and HE for the fox fans. LOL It was quite the drama, causing such crazy fan wars. But glad that the level headed folks from TTEOTM did not get drawn into that nasty business of actor and character bashing. Just so unkind and unpleasant, leaving no room for any good discussions and chasing away all the fox fans and tolerating the Gege and Fenglong fans. Wasted opportunity to build another vibrant community in MDL. Anyways, proud of all our Moonies who watched LYF and did not partake in that nastiness and kept a level head when commenting. Keep shining your moonlight, Moonies! LOL
Generally, if it is a solid BE, I will accept it, because sometimes a BE is required to complete the character's story. Like they sacrificed themselves for the greater good and redeemed themselves or they died for what they believed in or for the one they love. So tragic, but very beautiful sort of BE. But yeah, generally, I think most of us prefer HE. These are after just dramas to entertain us after a long day at work. =)

Hawaii sounds like a nice destination for the cold months. But I guess it's gonna be crowded with many other folks wanting to escape the cold. LOL Anyways, just go and have fun with your babies. They are at the adorable stage now right? The not terrible 3s yet. LOL

For Rise Of Ning, which episode are you at? I am so slow in watching, at EP 13 only. IMO, it is an overall ok story, but not enough to make me want to binge watch.

Im going for the exact opposite since im already in shorts and flip flops every day. Im going to snowboard in china and then go for more snow in japan.
I stay away from BE or SE usually Hehehe. True mental and physical health after birth is very much important. Apart from not getting enough sleep, it's quite ok. On the bright side I can see my toes without bending Hehehe and also can move freely. I'm quite active so being able to move around freely is quite important. Now our mini Dragons are settling in to their sleep routine to some degree, we are quite relief. SLEEP! Hehehe soon I'll be able to indoor rope climbing and box with my hubby or my brothers.
We're going to take our mini Moonies plus mini Dragons too. Along with their nannies & new born specialists for our mini Dragons.
Though I enjoy outdoor activities I don't like snowboarding because I don't enjoy being wrapped up or cold. Hehehe. Well I do like making snow man though but not everyday though. I love Japan as I love hot springs bath and Japanese food. Once our mini Moonies & mini Dragons are around 3 years old we're planning to travel outside US. Visiting Asia is a must. Need to introduce our munchkins to Asian culture.

This is totally normal not to like watching Sad Endings again and again and again. It makes people be on a depressed state of mind. I don't know the outcome of " Snowy Night : Timeless Love" yet, but as Female Lead is an amazing doctor, I can't imagine that she won't be able to save Male Lead at the end. Because in this show, she operates miracles. It would not be like her. As a result, I have hopes for a happy ending.

Yes bittersweet for me too but my thoughts was at least she has someone to hold on to. Not fully regret in a way. Oh yes dreaming is free hahaha However I do want a solid ending. Didn’t like open ending so this ending I am satisfy. The writer should never give an open ending, after all is her work she must complete it not making us doing all sort of interpretation.
I guess the director wanted to please the wuxia audience who loves sad endings. Moreover, "Ren" the actor, is nicknamed "king of sad endings". So, we should not be surprised o_O
You like the actor Wang Hong Yi? He looks pretty good here. I watch because of Joseph lol I did pay attention to him when he was playing a small role in a HongKong drama then later forgotten until found him in cdramas again . I think in Snowy he used his own voice.
Not really "like " him but i haven't seen him outside of lyf. Saw on wb that his character looked good in there so i wanted to find out.
I saw joseph in a clip with some tvb actors in a varietyshow or some sort. I didnt know he acted with them. He has another drama with Lulu right?

I too hoping for happy ending. I don’t mind all the suffering and sadness making me cry. But at the end please a happy ending
