There's an episode of a series I saw on Netflix about a year ago.

=> Very very similar to Black Mirror's plot
=> Near-futuristic setting
=> A mom is using some kind of device or app to keep control on her 8 to 10 year old son's complete life.
=> The ambiance of the whole episode was Blue-shaded
