I am looking for a chinese drama. I tried to search for it for 2 whole days but failed...
Here is the story :
The male lead was rejected by his fiancee for he is not powerful enough. (This is not Battle through the heavens / Doupo Cangqiong / Fights break sphere ) He succeeds to climb a stair (a test) to access a famous martial arts school where he becomes friends with a crown prince and a girl whose mother sacrificed herself a long time ago to seal a giant demonic sword and save humanity... He falls in love with the girl. Together they help the prince to fight for his throne. In the end, he succeeds to subdue the giant evil sword whose seal is breaking, nevertheless the girl has to sacrifice herself as her mother did... Hopefully her spirit survives in a tree and she resurrects.
