Hello All,
I have a friend who has started to learn Mandarin. He likes kung fu movies and potentially ancient Chinese mythology type dramas.
He is a complete beginner at most of this (except prob the kung fu movies) and I have recommended Vikki as well as Netflix for him to view them on.
What do you guys suggest for his viewing, both to learn Mandarin and for entertainment. Please avoid romances unless they are very much in the background (or the drama is so spectacular it will appeal to blokes as well).
